In the football game,football players often change direction and pass at high speed,make quick stop and change direction when attacking and defending,and fight with each other when fighting for the ball.When football players complete these movements,their body's center of gravity changes and their bodies are in an unstable state.But this is often overlooked in the development of physical training program for footballers,leading to a disconnect between the content and specific needs.Based on the football players on the field to complete the action is in a state of unstable this perspective,in a steady state strength training for teenagers,the effects of rapid change to mobile as the research object,explore the steady state strength training is influential to football player ability of rapid change to mobile and training under unsteady state compared under the condition of stable interface the same training traditional strength training for the ability of rapid change to mobile if there is a obvious statistical significance differences,and analyzes the reasons for this result.Through this research,I hope to provide a little reference for the majority of football workers in the development of physical training programs for football players.This study adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,experiment and data statistics.Mainly using the method of experiment to qing pu branch of the affiliated high school of fu dan university 16 football special high grade students as experimental object,the 16 students into two groups,one group as the experimental group as control group,the experiment on two groups of players before reflecting the football player ability of rapid change to mobile 5 indicators for testing,to deal with experimental measurement data before,after inspection(P > 0.05)show that two groups have no significant difference.On this basis,the two groups adolescent athlete strength training in two different ways,the control group with traditional stable interface strength training,the experimental group were not under the steady state strength training,for 12 weeks of training,training three times a week,and experiments are conducted on two groups of players before the reflection of football player ability of rapid change to mobile 5 indicators for testing,the two groups of members for strict training monitoring,control of experimental conditions,after 12 weeks of training before on two groups of players to reflect the football player ability of rapid change to mobile 5 indicators tested,through comparative analysis of two test scores before and after the data,The following conclusions are drawn:(1)through intra-group comparison,it was found that although the performance of the control group was improved after 12 weeks of traditional stable interface strength training,there was no significant difference in the performance of 5 indicators reflecting the ability of soccer players to change direction rapidly before and after the experiment.(2)is found in the way and through the experiment,the experimental group after 12 weeks of non steady state strength training result has obvious improvement and reflect the football player ability of rapid change to mobile 5 indicators of achievement has significant difference,that the steady state strength training to improve football player ability of rapid change to mobile has obvious effect.(3)through the comparison between the experimental group and the control way,found that the experimental group and the control group after 12 weeks experiment reflect the football player ability of rapid change to mobile 5 scores were increased,but the experimental group increases significantly higher than the control group,shows that the steady state strength training for football player ability of rapid change to mobile is greater than the influence of the traditional stable interface strength training.
