In 2016,the State Sports General Administration promulgated the"Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" for youth sports,emphasizing:strengthening grass-roots scientific training,innovating the combination of scientific training and the promotion mechanism;strengthening youth sports,improving the youth sports public service system,and strengthening the cultivation of reserve talents for competitive sports.In recent years,with the emphasis on sports development at the national level,the cultivation of grass-roots sports reserve talents is a key level.High school sports specialty students are facing huge challenges.The dual pressures of training and academic studies,how to stand out in the physical examination,requires scientific training methods.Strength training is the cornerstone of the healthy development of adolescents 'physical fitness.Strength training with reasonable design and scientific monitoring is of great benefit to the overall development of adolescents' motor function.This article explores the ability of three training methods of weight-bearing lunge,jump training,weight-bearing lunge+depth training to parallel jump ability of high school sports specialty students through literature research method,expert interview method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method,logical analysis method.1.Prevent the effects of sports injuries.The following results are obtained:1.Through 12 weeks of weight-bearing lunges,deep jump training,weight-bearing lunges+deep jump training,all of them have significant positive effects on high school sports specialty students' standing long jump,standing three-level jump and standing five-level jump Impact,in which the weight-bearing lunge+ jump training effect is better than the other two groups.2.Through 12 weeks of weight-bearing lunges,deep jump training,weight-bearing lunges+deep jump training,all have a positive impact on the balance of the legs strength of high school sports specialty students.Weight-bearing lunge training is better than the other two training methods for balancing the difference between limbs.3.Through 12 weeks of weight-bearing lunges,deep jump training,weight-bearing lunges+deep jump training,it will have a positive impact on the y balance test.Weight-bearing lunge training,weight-bearing lunge training+deep jump training are superior to the deep jump group.Conclusion:1.The three training methods have a positive effect on the parallel jumping ability of high school sports specialty students.Among them,12-week weight-bearing lunge+deep jump training improves the athletic performance to the greatest extent,and has a post-activation enhancement effect during training.The effect is the direct cause of the significant difference between the parallel jump performance groups.2.Weight-bearing lunges and weight-bearing lunges+deep jump training can effectively balance the differences between the lower limbs and reduce the occurrence of sports injuries.3.The three training methods have a positive effect on the y balance test of high school sports specialty students.Among them,the weight-bearing lunge training group is better than the simple jump training group.
