Research On The Dance Steps Of Outstanding Athletes In Individual Rhythmic Gymnastics At Home And Abroad

With the constant improvement of technical level of rhythmic gymnastics,the perfect combination of technical and artistic quality and innovation become the relentless pursuit of rhythmic gymnastics individual events.The innovation of international scoring rules of rhythmic gymnastics plays an important guiding role in the development of rhythmic gymnastics.2013-2016 edition rules makes dance steps as part of the difficulty into the difficulty system,and 2017-2020 edition rules further refines it,making the importance of dance steps increasingly highlighted.The research is based on the international grading rules of rhythmic gymnastics,make the first eight athletes in 2017 the 13 th national games and 2017 world championships of rhythmic gymnastics individual events as analysis objects,using the method of documentary,video analysis,interview,mathematical statistics,compare the dance steps in rhythmic gymnastics individual events at home and abroad,analysis the differences between quantity,quantity of movement,the types of apparatus used,the spatial structure and so on,so as to supply the overall technology and the improvement of art to provide certain theoretical reference.for our country rhythmic gymnastics individual events.Research results show that:(1)2013-2016 period of rhythmic gymnastics scoring rule puts dance steps as a difficulty into the difficulty system,and in 2017-2020 scoring rule,it is further refined,the importance of dance steps in complete sets of movements is highlighted.(2)Compared with the top eight athletes abroad,the total number of dance steps of the first eight athletes in our country is relatively small,and the time is relatively short.the number of dance steps of ribbon is the most in both foreign and domestic top eight athletes.(3)The number of movements of dance steps in the first eight athletes in foreign countries is much higher than that in China.And the average time of each of dance step in the four apparatus is similar.There is no difference between the average time of a single action in the domestic athletes' club and ribbon,but the circle and the ball project are quite different from the foreign countries.The basic equipment technology group actions of the four apparatus and the other technology group actions are relatively balanced in eight athletes at home and abroad,but on the equipment of all kinds of cast technology,domestic athletes use less.(4)There is no significant difference between the number of AD,the score and the number of AD with the cast in the first eight athletes.However,the number of AD with the approximate technique or llyusin in the dance steps of complete set of movements,especially in the ribbon,is much higher than that of the foreign athletes.The innovation of the rules has a great impact on the use of AD in Chinese dance steps.(5)in the four instruments of the top eight athletes both at home and abroad,the number of low space in circle is the least and the second-highest space is the most,while ball is on the contrary;clubs and ribbon keep the balance of low space and the second-highest space.Compared with foreign,domestic top eight athletes dance space level change is rich,liquidity is stronger,but the direction changes is weaker.(6)Compared with foreign,the risk of domestic athletes' dance steps because of less than 8 seconds and inconsistent 3-5 beat rhythm that is not be effective is bigger,body movement,and apparatus technology and the fusion of music is relatively deficient.
