In March 2014 by the m inistry of educat ion issued "about deepening curriculum reform and the im plementation of the comprehensive khalid ents' s opinions on fundamental task in pointed out that accelerate the construction of" core literacy system ",will deepen the goal of curriculum reform,the implementation of khalid ents in the basic position of "core liter acy" in the f ield of education at th e same time,the f ine arts discipline has also laid down phaseSubject core literacy.The quality is put forward,on th e one hand to m ake the training objectives of the fine arts educati on of primary and secondary schools in China have a more specific and more specific requirements,on the other hand m ake the party central committee and the ministry of education proposed "khalid GCNT got to carry out the fundamental task.This paper firstly combed the domestic and foreign core literacy and theme teaching theory development,found that the design of the teaching of the subject matter of our country has certain research foundation,but less teaching practice in the field of fine arts disciplines.In consideration of the elem entary school fine arts disc ipline characteristic and the rule of the elementary school students' cognitive development,on the basis of in van merry ember and the kirchners puts forw ard comprehensive learning design patterns in shape,construct the theme of the elementary school fine arts teaching the design of the framework,and then an alyzes in detail th e framework of each com ponent in the design strategy and try to illustrate.The traditional teaching mode and comprehensive learning design patterns were analyze d,its dif ferent advantages and disadvantages,and in the process of education practice teach ing practice according to oneself,to the elem entary school fine arts theme teaching design of the specific form,steps,contents and the same subjects such as maths,music knowledge integration analysis,on the basis of for ming a "Time" as the theme of teaching design.Thesis consists of five parts: the first chapter is introduction,briefly on the current research background,significance,through th e literature review to summarize the research status,research goal and research method.Chapter 2: in this article involves the "Core Literacy","Subject T eaching" and so on defining the relevant concepts and expounded.The third and fourth chapter: based on the topic "Time" as an exam ple,the concrete,in detail elaborated how to carry on the subject in the elem entary school lower grade classroom teaching design,th is chapter is the co re part of the article.The fifth chapter: in this chapte r,in view of the "T ime" theme,for example,thematic teaching design research to m ake a summary and out look.Hope for the new teachers in the elementary school fine arts bring certain inspiration and help,and to prom ote the elementary school fine arts education in teaching design research to m ake a little contribution.
