College Students' Ideological And Political Education In College Associations

The college association is an important part of college students' campus life,it is an important organization mode of which could enrich campus culture,mobilize students effectively and promote ideological and political education under the new situation,it is also an important supplement for college students' ideological and political education which is focusing on ideological and political theory Course in Colleges.Going to more depth about college students' ideological and political education in college associations is significant to help strengthen and improve college associations' management,expand the new path of college students' ideological and political education and enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education.This research is based on the qualitative research on a university in Beijing,as well as the Semi-structural interview with 20 members of association.And I come to some conclusions through analyzing these cases: the influence of college associations to college students' thinking and behavior includes: the college students' life values has changed,the college students' ideological and moral qualities has been developed,the college students' mental state has changed and college students has formed a sense of cooperation;the influence of college associations to college students' thinking and behavior has its own implementation path which includes: excitation of achievement motivation,situated cognition and learning,guidance of another.To know more about the influence of college associations to college students' thinking and behavior,we could start with four features: latency of educational aim,compliance of educatee,non-dominance of educator and the dual character of educational outcome.Therefore,this study suggests that the college association is an effective way for ideological and political education,it is also a kind of recessive ideological and political education which would make the development of college students' ideological,moral and political views towards the society' desired direction.But we should to realize that there are still some problems in college associations,such as the leading is not prominent enough,the educatee' motivation still has some deviations in the direction.These problems restrict the function of the ideological and political education in college associations and also make some negative impacts on college students' ideological and political education.
