By using questionnaires and other major methods,the relationship between job satisfaction level(JS)and job performance level(JP)of social sports instructors in Nanchang City was studied and analyzed.The purpose was to explore the main influence of job satisfaction level of social sports instructors on job performance.Factors in order to better promote the job satisfaction of social sports social instructors in the future and provide basis for the formulation of their work performance.Research shows:(1)There is no statistically significant difference in the work level of social sports instructors in Nanchang City at different age groups,genders,and professional titles.There is a significant difference in the work environment between instructors with master's degree or higher and college and college education.;(2)The performance of social sports instructors in Nanchang has no significant difference in gender and education.The young sports social instructors with 20-30 years of junior professional titles have lower performance scores;(3)The multiple stepwise regression equation for the overall job satisfaction level and work performance of social sports instructors in Nanchang City is?=-60.860+73.220x1-28.462x2-19.520x3,where the regression equations of male and female social sports instructors in Nanchang City are : ?=-85.423+68.016x1-23.890x2 and ?=-99.895+102.713x1-52.136x2.In the equation,x1 is a psychological feeling,x2 is a professional identity,and x3 is a human relationship.Equations suggest that:the overall work of social sports instructors in Nanchang City Satisfaction level is influenced by three major dimensions: professional recognition,psychological experience and interpersonal interaction.The job satisfaction of male and female social sports instructors is influenced by psychological and professional identity.(4)At the cultural level of social sports instructors in Nanchang City: The regression equation for college education is-=-270.128+170.007x1-85.987x2,where x1 is salary and welfare,and x2 is psychological feeling;the regression equation for undergraduate social sports instructors is ? =-70.003 + 88.102x1-27.90x2-20.912x3,where x1 is salary and benefits,x2 is psychological feeling,and x3 is interpersonal relationship;while the regression equation of postgraduate education of social sports instructor is ?=-72.115+40.356 x,where x For psychological feelings;(5)In the age group of social sports instructors in Nanchang,the regression equation for social sports instructors in the age group of 21-30 is ?=-80.115+36.012 x.The regression equation for social sports instructors in the 31-40 age group is ?.=-187.171+70.010 x,the regression equation for social sports instructors in the 41-50 age group is ?=-138.002+57.031 x,where x is the psychological experience and the regression equation of social sports instructors in the 51-60 age group.For?=-137.683+56.298 x,where x is salary and benefits;(6)At the level of professional titles of social sports instructors in Nanchang City:The regression equation for social sports instructors with junior professional titles is ?=-42.005 +27.986 x,and the regression equation for social sports instructors with intermediate professional titles is ? =-141.130 + 55.963 x,where x is a psychological feeling.The regression equation of the senior professional social sports instructor is?=-46.952+98.989x1-64.976x2,where x1 is psychological feeling and x2 is administrative.Research proposal:(1)Among the social sports instructors in Nanchang City,social sports instructors with a master's degree or above and a college education degree pay more attention to the satisfaction of their own work environment,especially the workplace,facilities,and equipment during work;(2)The senior professional titles and senior citizens of social sports instructors in Nanchang City are better than the performance appraisals of middle and young people and middle and junior professional titles;(3)To improve the performance level of social sports instructors,we must first pay attention to their psychological experience of work;Second,we must stimulate the degree of professional recognition of the guidance work;Finally,we must arrange a variety of interpersonal interaction.
