The Nineteenth National Congress proposed a new historical orientation for China’s development.That is,China has entered a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.This “new era” is based on the development and innovation of China’s political,economic,cultural,social,and ecological civilizations.In the new era,China still insists on using historical materialism and dialectical materialism as guidance to ensure that China can continue to achieve all-round and stable development under the new historical conditions.Then,with the development of network information technology,the process of globalization is accelerating.China is undergoing a fierce social transformation,various contradictions are increasingly apparent,and network security has become a top priority.The elements of “Internet+” have being involved in all aspects of our lives has brought us convenience,but it has also been difficult to avoid some problems.For college administrators,under the circumstances that the current traditional ideological and political education cannot meet the requirements of the times,how to properly supervise and guide the public opinion in colleges and universities in the new era is a new challenge,and it is also for ideological and political education of today.A difficult problem to face in the teaching process.The Internet public opinion in colleges and universities has become a barometer for students’ ideological and emotional changes.This article attempts to define the concept of Internet public opinion in colleges and universities by studying relevant literature at home and abroad and combining new backgrounds,and summarizes its unique features and promotes the formation of online public opinion in colleges and universities.Further,through the “micro-era” of the Internet,the “transition period” of society,the “diversification” of culture,and the “generalization period” of lyricism,the development model is studied.In terms of subject,media,and object,the analysis of the need to strengthen the guidance of network public opinion in colleges and universities is analyzed.Sex.Through the investigation and reading of related literature,it is found that,at present,on the one hand,the importance of Internet public opinion in colleges and universities has gradually become a consensus.On the other hand,there are still many problems that need to be solved urgently.Finally,based on the four principles of respecting students,observing laws and regulations,openness and fairness,and grasping the laws,and focusing on their characteristics in different periods,they explored the guidance of network public opinion in four aspects: team support,monitoring and early warning,management mechanism,and afterward guidance.The path provides theoretical guidance for building a harmonious and orderly campus environment and broadening the development space and channels for networked ideological and political education.
