Network Monitoring Public Opinion And College Ideological And Political Education

Nowadays, the Internet has become the ideological and cultural hub of information and public opinion of the amplifier. The teachers and students in universities have realized that the network is an effective platform to acquire knowledge, share information and exchange ideas with others. Thus, the guidance and supervision of the public opinion on internet in universities should be attached a great importance. Furthermore, it is of great practical significance that the internet is attempted to be a new Platform for the college moral education, an effective tool for public cultural service and a broader scope for the development of people's cultural life.Firstly, this paper introduces a concept of "network public opinion", and describes its characteristics. To acquire a better understanding about the effect of "internet public opinion" on college students, the paper analyzes the characteristics of college students and their online behavior. Then, this paper also proposes the concept of "public opinion university network" and defines the content and characteristics. After introducing the background, significance and necessity of the study about security monitoring and early waning of internet public opinion, the paper objectively analyzes the current situations of public opinion university network and defines the principal of the monitoring of public opinion university network. As an independent field of study, the necessary of "public opinion university network" is also discussed in this paper. With the emergence and rapid development of campus internet public opinion, this can be a challenge for the current college moral education. This paper indicates that the security monitoring of "public opinion university network" is inevitable and necessary by analyzing the relationship between the internet public opinion and the college moral education.
