Study On The Role Of Female Caregivers In The Perspective Of Life History

In recent years,with the aging of China's society and the increasing age of aging,the problem of caring for the elderly has gradually aroused academic concern,especially the study of female caregivers.However,as a caregiver,the elderly are only one of the caregivers that female caregivers face in their care.In the course of their life,women are taking different care roles in different stages of life,and they need to face different caring objects.Therefore,from the perspective of life to explore female family caregivers role,can help us to deeply understand women in different life stages of the caregiver role of characteristics,taking care of the task and the meaning of the caregiver role for women,and so on.This paper mainly USES the qualitative research method to analyze and study the role of the caregiver in the different life stages in jining liuzhai village,shandong province.The formation and evolution of the role of female caregiver is mainly carried out in two fields: the family and the husband.The family is the space where the female lives as a daughter,and the daughter is an important helper of the original family,which lays the foundation for the later life of the family.When a woman enters the family,she often experiences four important caregiver roles--the wife,the primary caregiver in the newborn family;A mother,an important companion for a child's growth;Daughter-in-law,coordinator of daily trivial life;Mother-in-law,the main undertaker.From the perspective of life history,women take different care responsibilities in different stages.To promote women to become the main caregivers factors including personal factors,family factors,social factors,cultural factors,etc.,these factors interact and influence each other,mutual penetration,mutual affects women,the formation of the caregiver role in different stages of life.The caregiver role has complex implications for women.On the one hand,we should realize the caregiver role for women at the different stages of life,has certain positive significance: first,women on the arrangement of the family eat one garment,and take care of her husband and children,to make women become emotional core family,and make the women in the family and community life has important influence,the influence is mainly is the emotional power of women.Second,the role of "the second mother" to further deepen the passion of the grandparents and grandchildren,the emotional or even goes beyond children,with the growth of children,growing older women got more emotional support from their grandchildren.Due to the care of grandchildren,the daughter-in-law was also more appreciative of her mother-in-law,alleviating the long-standing relationship between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law,laying the foundation for the future pension resources.On the other hand,should also be soberly realize that take on the role of caregivers for a long time to bring the negative impact of the women: women caregiver role which the elderly in the economic aspect of body and mind with varying degrees of cumulative disadvantage,girl early was deprived of education resources,make it important in the life education starting point is lost to men.On the analysis of the women in different life stages take on the role of caregivers,caregiver role affect women's problems,the paper further from the gender perspective,family,country,discusses the existing care policy to our country.
