As China's industrialization and urbanization, the migrant workers' group that flows from rural areas to cities has become the largest group of floating populations, and their migration has its own characteristics and laws, which are inextricably linked with China's economic development and changes in national conditions. At the same time, their mobility means that they have to face the divorce from the social network of the original outflow, but they cannot integrate into the social relations of the influx in time.At present, environmental changes such as the transformation and upgrading of industries and the emergence of new business forms have also brought new challenges to the migration of migrant workers and their own social networks. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the migration process of migrant workers and social networks by tracking the CLDS 2012-2014 survey of Sun Yat-Sen University Social Science Survey Center. At the same time, the data from the field survey conducted in the Pcommunity in Bao'an District of Shenzhen City was used to further trace the individual migration and migration process of migrant workers, explore the interaction mechanism between their social networks and migration behaviors, and conduct the mutual influence and mutual construction mechanism. The study found that:First of all,the characteristics of time, space, and reasons involved in the flow of rural migrant workers tend to be stable and regular with the change of their outflow time. The social network structure of migrant workers, and their impact on migrant workers seeking employment and urban integration, have changed with the passage of time.Secondly, there is a process of mutual influence and mutual construction between the migration process of migrant workers' changing social networks. The temporal and spatial changes of the flow process interact with the primary and secondary social networks, and affect each other. With the extension of flow time and space changes, the circle of acquaintances will be gradually reduced and the core families will be highlighted, which will affect the structure of the original social network. With the growth of mobile experience, the way of expanding the rural margin and integrating social groups will continue to adapt.Affecting the establishment of secondary social networks,in turn, has an impact on the social network of migrant workers. In addition, the primary social network guides the initial and cross-regional mobility and broadens the way of job search channels, and influences the flow space;while the secondary social network under the current structural change of the new business model and new contacts, influences the willingness to flow and the choice of direction. In order to achieve the changes in the migrant workers' social network as a whole and their flow behavior.
