With the development of education information,in order to provide the support and assistance of rich digital resources and various learning support systems,we can provide personalized and self-adaptive learning methods for each student according to the needs and abilities of each student,and provide timely and accurate feedback to the students' learning effect,and provide personalized service intervention.It is necessary to make a comprehensive and thorough analysis of the students' learning behavior,so as to establish the individual learning path of the learners and improve the accuracy and efficiency of the personalized recommendation of the learning resources.However,most of the current developed personalized path push systems only use test topics to determine the knowledge level of the learners,and part of the system adds the personality characteristics analysis as the basis for the personalized learning path,but there is no cognitive processing and cognitive skills that are not shown behind the knowledge level of the students.The diagnosis and analysis of problem strategies and cognitive structure(knowledge structure)were carried out.It is not accurate and effective to set up learners' personalized learning path and improve the accuracy and efficiency of personalized recommendation of learning resources.Therefore,in order to realize the cognitive structure mining in the process of personalized path recommendation,this paper proposes a cognitive diagnosis method which combines RSM and cluster analysis to depict the learning path of students.The cognitive diagnosis theory puts forward a method based on multiple cognitive diagnosis models to recognize the diagnosis analysis.To solve the learner's knowledge state and cognitive structure,it provides an effective way to mine cognitive processing information.All of the current cognitive diagnostics are based on the compilation of test topics,and there is no attempt to make a cognitive diagnosis of the existing problems,but all the adaptive learning platforms include a large number of test questions.Therefore,this paper presents a cognitive diagnosis method combining RSM and cluster analysis to depict the learning path of the students,and to explore,apply and analyze the method of providing the personalized path recommendation system for the personalized path recommendation system of the adaptive platform.In the research process,this paper mainly applies four methods,namely,literature research method,questionnaire survey method,item response theory based test preparation method,rule based spatial model and cluster analysis based cognitive diagnosis analysis method,including the following three parts.First,the exploration of the general process of cognitive diagnosis based on the rule space model and the cluster analysis.The literature on cognitive diagnosis is collected,and the literature on the rule space model is deeply studied.Based on the analysis of the shortcomings of the current cognitive test in the test paper,we explore the general process of the cognitive diagnosis based on the rule space model and the clustering algorithm.Second,to test Jinzhou eight grade eight in the period as the research carrier,the general process of application of rule space model and clustering algorithm for cognitive diagnosis analysis of the Pythagorean theorem.Third,use the diagnostic results to design the scheme of teacher remedial teaching and students' individualized learning.The study found: the cognitive diagnosis data analysis,scientific application of rule space model and cluster analysis algorithm in the Pythagorean theorem of mathematical cognitive diagnosis,and teachers' application of cognitive diagnosis results are groups of remedial teaching,and students use cognitive diagnostic information to achieve personalized learning effectiveness.
