Social Work Involved In Urban Green Community Construction Research

Since the reform and opening up,China' s economy has been developing rapidly while the ecological environment has been severely damaged.The construction of ecological civilization is a pressing matter of the moment and it is a cause that concerns the well-being of the Chinese people.The 18th National Congress of the CPC' has integrated the ecological civilization into the overall layout of the "five in one"socialist construction with Chinese characteristics,and the construction of ecological civilization is part of various government departments.A long-term and great project of mutual cooperation and overall planning is not only the responsibility of the government,but also the participation of the people throughout the country.Nowadays,people from all walks of life in Chinese society have raised concerns about the construction of ecological civilization.Therefore,the establishment of a public participation mechanism has a significant role and significance for the promotion of ecological civilization construction.The purpose and professional concept of social work is to help people and help those in need to solve social problems.Taking the environmental protection service project of the D community as an example,this article uses the community development theory of social work,ecosystem theory and community work methods to intervene in the construction of urban green communities.Under the background of "community building",we use the multi-advocacy it advocates and advocates the innovative factors of broad participation of residents to research the development of green communities,adopt a linkage model of government-led,social participation,and social workers and volunteers to integrate families.This multi-stakeholder approach to social and community resources will jointly promote the creation of a new green community.This paper uses participatory observation,unstructured interviews,and textual data collection methods to study and use the concept of social workers actively mobilizing community residents to participate in community autonomy and multi-party force collaboration in the“green community creation" as a starting point for domestic and foreign green community construction.The profile was introduced,and based on the creation of a green community in the D community in Changsha City,the feasibility,needs and resources of social work involvement in urban green community construction,service content and service methods of social work practices,classic case studies,and effectiveness were analyzed.And experience summary.Through this study,we found that social work intervention in green community construction has increased the enthusiasm for residents' participation in community autonomy and satisfaction with service targets,improved community ecological environment,accelerated the process of community building,and provided reference for and promoted the green communities in other communities.The degree of professionalization of social work,and some suggestions on the problems exposed by D community in the process of project services were put forward.In the conclusion part of the article,the inadequacies and further prospects of the study were proposed.
