From the results of physical monitoring in recent years,the physical quality of high school students is declining year by year.The age of high school students is between 16-18 years old.It is the key period of physiological and psychological growth,and the pressure of learning is great and is influenced by many physiological and psychological factors.Good physical exercise behavior premise must have good physical exercise attitude,therefore,facing the high school students' physical education class,the influence of different sports items and intensity intervention on the attitude of high school students' physical exercise attitude is studied.In this study,312 students of high and high grade two were selected as the subjects.The methods of experiment,psychological measurement and mathematical statistics were used,and the psychological measurements were carried out before and after the 12 week experiment.The data were statistically analyzed with relevant theoretical knowledge and SPSS17.0 statistical software.The results are as follows:(1)the influence of basketball learning on the attitude of male students in physical exercise,of which 6 dimensions have significant differences,and the learning of Wushu projects has a significant difference in the 3 dimensions.There are significant differences in the influence of volleyball on girls' physical training,and there are significant differences between the 4 dimensions in the 3 dimensions.(2)there were significant differences in behavior attitude and behavior control(P < 0.01)and behavioral cognition(P < 0.05)in male basketball big intensity group(P < 0.01);in medium intensity group,there were significant differences in behavioral cognition(P < 0.01),and significant difference in emotional test(P < 0.05);There were significant differences in attitude,behavior and cognition between the two groups(P < 0.05).There were significant differences in behavior cognition(P < 0.01),and significant difference in target attitude(P < 0.05).Medium intensity group,behavior control,target attitude,behavior habit and behavioral intention were significantly different(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference in the small intensity group.(3)there were significant differences in behavior cognition(P < 0.05)in the high intensity group of female volleyball;the medium intensity group had significant difference in behavior cognition and emotional experience(P < 0.05);the small intensity group had significant difference(P < 0.01),and there was significant difference between behavior cognition and behavioral intention(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the high intensity group of Wushu;the moderate intensity group had significant difference in the sense of behavior control(P < 0.05);the small intensity group,the behavior intention and the target attitude had significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)the most favorite sports items are more obvious than those which are not popular with students.(2)the intensity of the basketball project and the intervention of the medium intensity of martial arts projects are more obvious for boys' physical training.(3)small intensity intervention in volleyball and martial arts projects is more obvious for girls' physical training.
