This article investigated physical exercise attitude and its influencing factors in some bilingual high school students in Shanghai, Study the effects of various factors and the correlation of eight dimensions of students’ physical exercise attitude, Find out the influence factors of high correlation, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures, provide useful Suggestions for bilingual high school students to improve their physical exercise attitude.This article uses the literature material law, questionnaire survey method, interview method, mathematical statistics, logic analysis method. Randomly selected 440 high school students in bilingual schools Shanghai as the research object. By using Professor Mao Rongjian formulation of the middle school students’ physical exercise attitude scale, and On the basis of previous studies. By constantly with psychology experts, Establishment of the "Shanghai part factors of bilingual school high school students physical exercise attitude scale. Through study some bilingual schools students physical exercise attitude and influence factors of correlation study, and put forward corresponding countermeasures. The results show that:(1) Gender comparison of some bilingual high school students in Shanghai: Physical exercise attitude has a very significant difference(p<0.01).Among the eight dimensions of Physical exercise attitude, cognitive, behavioral habit, behavioral intention, emotional experience, behavior control five dimensions have significant differences(p<0.01),Subjective standard dimension has the remarkable difference(p > 0.05)(2) The comparison of different grades of Shanghai bilingual high school students: grade10 and grade11 students’ physical exercise attitude has no significant difference(p > 0.05), among eight dimensions of Physical exercise attitude behavior, intention and the emotion experience two dimensions have significant difference(p < 0.05). grade10 and grade12 students has significant difference physical exercise attitude(p < 0.05), And behavioral intention, emotional experience and behavior control three dimensions have significant difference(p < 0.01, p < 0.01, p < 0.05). Grade 11 and grade12 students physical exercise attitude has significant difference(p < 0.05), And the behavior attitude, behavioral habit, behavioral intention and the emotion experience four dimensions have significant differences(p<0.01,p<0.05,p<0.01, p<0.05).(3) The contrast of some bilingual high school students’ physical exercise attitude in different grades at shanghai: Compared with grade10 and grade11, the influence factors of students’ physical exercise attitude has no significant difference(p > 0.05). Grade10 compared with grade12, the influence factors of students’ physical exercise attitude exists significant difference(p < 0.05), The school factors, family factors, personal factors have significant differences(p<0.05,p<0.05,p<0.01).Grade11 compared with grade12, the influence factors of students’ physical exercise attitude exists significant difference(p < 0.05),the school factors, individual factors were significant differences(p < 0.05).(4) Analysis the relevance influencing factors of physical exercise attitude in some bilingual high school students in Shanghai: Find that social, school, family and individual factors have physical exercise attitude significantly correlated with some bilingual high school students in Shanghai(p < 0.01), Correlation from high to low: Personal factors(r = 0.796), schools(r = 0.716)(r = 0.531), family factors, social factors(r = 0.396).(5) Personal factors, school factors, family factors, social factors and behavior attitude, goals, attitude, behavior, cognitive, behavioral habit, behavioral intention, emotional experience, behavior control seven dimensions were significantly related in part of Shanghai bilingual high school students physical exercise attitude(p < 0.01), Subjective standard dimension and four factors had no correlation. Conclusions:(1) Part of the bilingual high school in Shanghai, boys exercise attitude is significantly better than girls, Cognitive behavior, behavior habit of physical exercise attitude and behavioral intention, emotional experience, behavior control, subjective standard attitude were significantly better than girls. Part bilingual high school in Shanghai, grade 10 and grade11 students has a better physical exercise attitude than grade12.(2) The influence factors of bilingual high school students physical exercise attitude among different grades have significant differences, grade10 and grade11 has significant differences, grade11 and grade12 has Significant differences.(3)Social, family, school and individual factors was significantly associated with physical exercise attitude of parts bilingual high school students in Shanghai. The correlation degree from high to low: Personal factors, school factors, family factors, social factors. Individual, school, family, social four factors can significantly influence behavior attitude, goals, attitude, behavior, cognitive, behavioral habit, behavioral intention, emotional experience and behavior control seven dimensions in physical exercise attitude of some bilingual high school students in Shanghai.
