With the progress of society,fusion education will be the pursuit of development of special education is one of the countries around the world,its quality and level would have profound and comprehensive to affect a country’s education system,education idea,change of education practice.In the 1980 s,the new China began to explore the practice of studying in class,and gradually introduced relevant policies and documents,and gradually promoted the work in the class.In the process,we learn from Europe and the United States and other countries "integrated education" concept and practice strategy,read the job along with the class level enhances unceasingly,which laid a foundation for education to comprehensive fusion.But high quality fusion is easier said than done? The key to the integration of education is how to blend? What did the school do in a specific job? What are the difficulties encountered? These problems are essential to the improvement of the quality of integration of education.This theme is supported by the integration of education in the general school,the research content of relevant support in the integration education of special children at home and abroad,and so on,to review the development process of related research and to summarize and summarize the characteristics of the development of the elements of the integration of educational support system.It is not difficult to find that the integration of education support system research adopts quantitative research methods such as questionnaire method,and presents an objective picture of the current situation through data analysis of existing support systems.Fusion from the point of the research content,the school education support system of research on special children’s core basic support system,namely,physical environment support,administrative support,teachers’ support,peer support,support the indicators such as classroom teaching,the research content gradually thinning,this study provides the reference.Using qualitative research,take the J school in Zhangye,Gan Su as an example,through interviews with teachers,parents and school administrators,Analysis and observation of special children’s participation in school activities,school teaching cases and rules and regulations.Fromthe perspective of Bronfenbrenner’s human development ecology,this paper analyzes the current situation of education support system from the perspective of micro system,middle system,external system and macro system,the difficulties and causes are analyzed in depth,and the countermeasures are put forward.Research shows : 1.the support of universal education micro system(parents,teachers and peers)is mainly expressed in emotional support,acceptance and creation of integration environment,the support is the most critical.However,due to backward skills and concepts,there are many difficulties in support.2.in the middle system environment,there is no effective communication between family and school communication,and the link between teachers stays on the surface,and no good cooperation mechanism is formed.3.In the support of external system,policies,regulations and rules and regulations at all levels were initially established;City special education teacher training center to provide support and education to improve the professional archives fusion,but did not implement the support tour;4.The support of the administrative action of the school is not well,there are loopholes and blanks in the implementation of the rules and regulations,and the attitude of acceptance is initially formed,but there is an indifference to how to build better integration of educational support.4.Under the macro system environment,the integration atmosphere and social consciousness of school acceptance and respect slowly progress.On the basis of this study,the following views are put forward for the construction of the education support system of universal school integration: First,under the guidance of the school administration,the key role of the micro system will be excavated;second,the central system plays the role of school administration to enhance communication and understanding of all parties;Third is to play the supervisory role of the higher authorities.The external system correctly understands the inclusive education and strengthens the execution of policies and regulations;Finally,the school conducts a series of activities to integrate the educational idea into every corner of the school.
