Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools of ordinary high school is a new and unique mode of education conforming to the development of society and attracting foreign high-quality education resources which can absorb and draw lessons from foreign high-quality teaching content,faculty,teaching method and teaching idea,etc.Due to the differences in educational values,the concepts of running schools between China and the western countries are vague and broad,and the quality of talent training is open and uncertain.The integration of local education and foreign education is bound to be solved in the process and mode of high school education cooperation.This study is based on the Chinese-foreign cooperation in running a high school.First of all,literature related to Chinese-foreign cooperation in running a high school,educational values and other relevant literature are classified and summarized through the literature analysis method,so as to integrate the views of representative experts and scholars on relevant key words.Secondly,use the statistical analysis method towards 8 demonstration senior high schools in Hunan province of the Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools,and implement a large number of data statistics for the national and Hunan province high school Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools including The First High School of Changsha,Hunan,The High School Attached to Hunan Normal University,Changjun High School,Yali High School,Mingde High School,Zhounan High School,No.15 Middle School of Changsha,Changsha Foreign Languages School.This paper summarizes the development background,development process and characteristics of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools.From multiple perspectives,this paper analyzes some problems in the Chinese-foreign cooperation in running an ordinary high school,such as imprecise positioning of running school,graduation rate to be improved,unclear intellectual property rights in the process of course introduction,management being incorporated into the administrative education system,obvious difference on the quality of teachers and students in cooperative education,cultural diversity and integration difficulties.The root causes of the problems in Chinese-foreign cooperation in running an ordinary high school are the homogeneity of Chinese and foreign educational values,the impact and collision of Chinese and western educational values and the collision of three views of talents,etc.Finally,this paper puts forward the solution for ordinary high school Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools from the following aspects,i.e.,to make clear the social responsibility of both sides of cooperation,adhere to the integration of Chinese and western for the education philosophy,promote the internationalization of ordinary high school education,courses introduction pursuits of cultural values between Chinese and western teaching fusion,teaching management guided by the scientific concept of development,promote mutual recognition of credits,improve the teachers and students literacy,reduce the academic burden,etc.
