Mathematical formula is an important part of mathematics knowledge system in middle school,and it is an important basis of mathematical reasoning,and formula undoubtedly plays a pivotal role in high school mathematics content.In the light of the level dividing index of the core accomplishment in the newly introduced curriculum standard,this paper mainly studies the level of mathematical abstraction,logical inference,visual imagination and mathematical operation embodied in the students ' learning and applying formula in the sophomore year,then analyzes the reasons and make suggestions.The whole article mainly carried out the following three conclusions :First,with the help of test and questionnaires,the paper investigates the level of the students' learning mathematical formula in a city.The results are as follows:(1)The overall level of mathematics core quality embodied in the mathematics formula of the senior high school students in this city is not high,at more than one level and below two.(2)There is a significant gender difference in the mathematics core quality level of the senior students in this city,and the male level is higher than that of girls;(3)Learning the mathematical formula embodied in the level of core quality of mathematics from high to low is: "Mathematical Operation" is higher than "Mathematical Abstraction","Mathematical Abstraction" is higher than "Logical Inference"," Logical Inference " is higher than " Visual Imagination",denoted is "Mathematical Operation" > "Mathematical Abstraction" > "Logical Inference " > " Visual Imagination".Secondly,with the help of the questionnaire,it is found that the factors that the high school students learn mathematical formula embody the low level of mathematics core quality is not enough attention to the mathematical formula learning,and textbooks or teachers on the formula of teaching design is relatively monotonous.Thirdly,the author puts forward some suggestions on the teaching of high school formula from teachers and textbooks.
