3-6 years old is the initial stage of developing the physical quality of young children.It is particularly critical to lay a good foundation in the early childhood stage and to develop the basic qualities of the body.The "Continuing National Fitness Standards"(Early Child Section)"Continuous Jumps on Both Feet" is a project to test the coordination ability of children aged 3 to 6 years old.However,when the children were tested,it was found that there were deficiencies in the "continuous jump of both feet".For example,3~4 year old children's feet are difficult to jump together and jump forward;the distance between 50 cm of soft bags is too wide for 3~4 year old children;the children's arms are difficult to swing backwards according to the requirements of the movement demonstration;The physical quality of 3-6-year-old children is very different.It is not accurate enough to use "two-legged jumps" for testing.Based on this,we will improve the evaluation methods for testing and coordination,use the guidance of sports activities to develop children's coordination skills,and promote better development of children's physical fitness.The literature review method,experiment method,mathematical statistics method,and interview method were used to study the correlation between the "continuous jump of both feet" and the gamification coordination ability test method,and the children were subjected to12 weeks' experience through the guidance of sports activities.Game intervention,whether the method of testing physical activity guidance can effectively improve children's coordination ability.According to expert interview results,domestic and foreign literature reading,two rounds of expert group selection,and testing of a number of young children at the Red Moon Nursery School,the final determination of spider crawling,upper arms,and lateral movements is gamified.Coordinating ability testing methods,research found that the "National Fitness Measurement Standards"(Early Child Section)"two-foot continuous jump" results and gamification coordination ability test results were related analysis found that the relevant level in P <.05 on the level,there is a significant correlation,indicating that the three test methods can be used as a method to evaluate the coordination ability of children aged 3-6years in kindergartens.In order to test the results of spider crawling,upper arm stepping,and opening and closing flank jumping,the independent variable T test and paired sample T test showed that after the 12-week intervention experiment,the age of 3 to 4 years was measured.The children's spider crawling performance,the 4 to 5 year old children's upper step on both arms,and the 5 to 6 year old children's open and close jumping side on both sides performed at the P<.05 level.There was a significant difference.Based on the above results,it can be concluded that spider climbing,upper arms lifting,and opening and closing jumping exercises can effectively test children's coordination ability;sports activity guidance can develop the coordination ability of children aged 3-6 years old.
