Objective: Autism is a kind of general developmental disorder. The core obstacles are social communication, language and communication obstacles, and stereotyped behaviors.Children with autism generally have problems with development of movement coordination ability or stunting. At present, researches on autistic children at home and abroad focus on alleviating core obstacles, problem behaviors, etc.,most of the research objects on motor coordination ability are normal developmental children, less research on autistic children, domestic research on physical activity The research on the effect of autistic children's motor coordination ability is relatively small. This article aims to explore the impact of physical activity on autistic children's motor coordination ability through physical activity interventions, alleviate autistic children's motor development obstacles, and improve the physical health of autistic children. To provide theoretical basis and reference for the content selection, timing and exercise method selection of rehabilitation programs for autistic children. Methods: The research methods in this paper are a combination of theoretical and practical research on the coordination ability of autistic children's movements based on literature data method, mathematical statistics method, interview method, experimental method and observation method.Twenty children diagnosed with autism were selected. The experimental group(n=10)participated in physical activity intervention, and the control group(n=10)participated in routine rehabilitation training for twelve weeks.Table(M-ABC2)conducts a motion coordination ability test to explore the impact of physical activity on autistic children's motor coordination ability. Results: There was a significant difference in the total score of motion coordination ability,t =-5.316,p = 0.000;a significant difference in fine hand motion ability,t =-3.497,p = 0.007;a significant difference in positioning and grasping ability,t =-4.908,p = 0.001;significant difference in dynamic static balance capacity,t=-3.265,p = 0.010.Conclusion: 1.Physical activity can effectively improve the development level of autistic children's movement coordination ability. The fine hand movement ability, positioning and grasping ability and dynamic static balance level have all been significantly improved,of which the most significant improvement in positioning and grasping ability performance.2.Compared with the conventional rehabilitation training, the movement coordination ability of the autistic children in the experimental group participating in physical activity intervention was more significant, and the movement coordination ability of the autistic children in the control group participating in the conventional rehabilitation training was not significant.3.Physical activity intervention can effectively develop children's balance ability, which has a more significant impact on one-leg balance ability(poor performance)and less significant one-leg balance ability(performance).Physical activity can promote the development of motor coordination ability of autistic children. In the rehabilitation training of autistic children,it is possible to make interventions based on physical and mental development laws and actual abilities of autistic children.
