| To cultivate digital citizens of high literacy is a breakthrough and an important way to achieve the harmonious development of digital society.With the innovation of digital technology,various social problems emerge.As junior high school students with the citizenship of both digital and future digital,it is of great significance for the benign development of digital society whether they can use digital equipment efficiently,safely and responsibly.This paper takes the theoretical system of digital citizenship literacy of American digital citizenship education expert Mike Ribble as the theoretical basis of the study,combines the results of investigation and interview to clarify the conceptual connotation of the digital civic literacy of junior high school students and establish the framework of the digital civic literacy of junior high school students.And on this basis,I has designed and developed scientific and feasible survey tools.By stratified random sampling and cluster sampling,1170 junior high school students in urban schools,suburban schools and rural schools from W city were empirically studied,and the statistical sofftware was used to further analyze the survey data.The survey results show that the questionnaire on digital citizenship literacy of junior high school students has good reliability and validity,and can be used as a survey tool for the status quo of digital citizenship literacy of junior high school students.In addition,the level of digital safety literacy and digital ethical literacy of junior high school students is in a relatively ideal level on the whole,but there are obvious differences in the level of internal quality of the group.Especially in the dimension of the self standard language of digital ethics,the group of junior high school students has a serious "two grade differentiation" phenomenon;In the two aspects of digital health and digital learning,the overall literacy level of the junior high school students is a bit better than the middle level,but the scores on some subjects are not ideal.There are obvious gender differences in the digital learning and digital ethical literacy level of the junior high school students,and the literacy level of the girls is higher than that of the boys,but there is no obvious differences in the digital security and digital health literacy level.Except digital security,there are significant differences in the other three aspects of junior high school students(digital health,digital learning and digital Ethics).The performance of the lower grade students is superior to those of the senior students,and the digital citizenship literacy of Junior high school students has significant statistical differences for the school geography.It shows that the literacy level of urban school students is obviously better than that of the suburban and rural school students.In addition to the digital security,the other three aspects of the digital citizenship literacy of the junior high school students are significantly influenced by the parents’ educational level,and the digital citizenship of junior high school students has different literacy levels for the different levels’ supervision of the family.The direct influence of junior high school students’ digital learning on students’ learning achievement is not significant.Learning adaptability plays a complete intermediary role between the digital learning and academic achievement of junior high school students.Therefore,to promoting the number citizenship quality of junior high school students needs the joint action of three sides:state,school and family.In particular,the state should attach importance to the development of the digital citizenship curriculum system and establish a clear standard for the development of the students’ digital citizenship quality;the school should be conscious of infiltrating the digital citizenship education into the various subjects,and should pay attention to the cultivation of the self-control of the students;the parents should seek cooperation with the school and treat it rationally that the children use a digital device. |
