Optimizing The Management Of The Scientific Research & Training Building In College A

Professional education is an important part of the education system in China,and is a key element in developing high-quality skilled sets.Due to this professional education usually lead to more prominent positions.In order to train a large number of high-quality skilled talents,Ahigher vocational college has invested 100 million yuan to build a new scientific research&training building.This initiative is to provide unified management of the professional laboratory and training rooms within the scope of the whole school.Along with scientific research&building facilities,problems have arise,so it is necessary to adopt scientific management methods,in order to cultivate students' manipulative ability and service function in teachers'scientific research.In the thesis,by defining the management process of scientific research&training building,and measuring the related data of the key links,and then further analyzing the problems,and taking reasonable measures to solve them,we can then form a service-oriented management mechanism.Research,adopts case analysis method to collect relevant management data of scientific research&training building and uses the six sigma management tool in order to data collection and analysis.Reconstructing the management group of scientific research&training building,setting up specialized positions for asset management and practice course management,through convening regular meetings to attain feedback on problems in a timely manner and consult solution for perfecting management process;The asset registration database is established to grasp the state of assets.Starting the control system to guarantee the safety of laboratory and training room as well as monitor the valuable equipment.This study is for A college to establish management optimization schemes about scientific research&training building.It can improve the comprehensive management ability and realize the maximization of the benefit.
