With the progress of the 13 th five-year plan,China’s economy and society are developing steadily,and the construction industry present fast changing tendency.the competition in building industry is increasing fiercely,advantages must be established for architectural design enterprises to catch up with the competition in various aspects.Among them,enterprise quality management has become a crucial factor.The level of quality management not only reflects the comprehensive strength of an enterprise,but also determines the depth and breadth of its survival and development.Only by paying close attention to the quality management of design enterprises can further stimulate innovation,develop new markets and promote the continuous development of design enterprises.Based on the development history and present situation of quality management at home and abroad,totally analyze the number and proportion of technical title,number of registered engineers,enterprise organization structure,the status of production management and quality management status.Some problems are found out by detailed analysis,such as conceptual design lack of innovation,any errors in construction drawings,the outflow of talent and so on.Research on quality management system of Architectural Design and Research Institute of Taiyuan University of Technology,innovatively combine many kinds of tools and methods,including the ISO international quality system standards,PDCA cycle and six sigma theory to improve the quality management of enterprise.The problems should be solved pertinently which have been analyzed by lack of consciousness,unsuitable methods and poorexecution.The management and all designers should take the initiative to cultivate quality awareness at the beginning.And design quality management concept should be applied to design production.The process management through the PDCA cycle in the self-inspection is perfect and looking for optimization suggestions of quality management at the same time.The paper pointed out that the main countermeasures should be put forward in the quality management system,by optimizing service of project planning,conceptual design,preliminary design,construction drawing design,later period for the whole stage.The paper innovatively uses six sigma theory to analyze the customer satisfaction measurement index in the improvement process and put forward the active improvement process of prevention.Carry out the strategy of creating excellent brands,and eventually achieve the optimization effect of scientific and sustainable development of quality management system.Based on the national trend of vigorously developing urbanization transformation and green energy-saving buildings,the paper also put forward at the same time of grasping of the features of Architectural Design and Research Institute of Taiyuan University of Technology and the improvement of quality management system should be a dynamic management process.More effort should be put into Innovation and scientific research.By setting up consciousness,using suitable method,increasing execution of quality management and cooperating with BIM technology,the application of quality management in the sustainable protection will be more effective.Constantly improve the competitiveness of enterprises and create higher economic and social benefits.
