The Application Study On College Graduates' Employment With Rough Set Theory

With the expansion of colleges and universities' enrollment scale,the number of college graduates has increased rapidly,which has gradually arouses widespread concern about college graduates' employment in the society.Therefore,how to excavate the core factors that affect college graduates' employment and objectively and scientifically evaluate the college graduates' employability have become the main research task of this thesis.Based on the literature review method and combines with college graduates' present employment environment,the thesis adopts the Rough set theory to analyze college graduates' employment problems,and based on the resolution points out the improved algorithm of attribute reduction.Besides,this thesis discusses these works such as how to build index system and preprocess data.Finally,with the help of Rough set theory,the thesis makes a full use of research and development system to display the analysis process of college graduates' employment factors.The thesis main includes the following three aspects:(1)Based on the resolution,the thesis points out the improved algorithm of attribute reduction.The thesis introduces the resolution relation of description attribute set,and analyzes the resolution abilities' differences between description conditional attribute set and decision attribute set.Based on resolution's attribute,the thesis also points out the attribute importance determination method.According to above,proposing the corresponding attribute reduction theorem and the improved algorithm.(2)Based on the rough set theory,the thesis states its main work at various stages about college graduates' employment.Firstly,the thesis introduces rough set theory into college graduates' employment analysis,points out and creates the scientific and reasonable index system.Secondly,calculating collected data with the datadiscretization method.Thirdly,according to the resolution's attribute reduction algorithm to simplify attribute and based on the analysis process of college graduates' employment,creates a decision rule that meets the requirements and explains it semantically,which offers a general design ideas to the system.(3)Based on rough sets theory,the thesis develops the college graduates' employment system.This paper introduces the system's operating environment and development conditions from the aspects of operating environment,development language,tools,and database,pointing out the design ideas of the core contents of the database,the related data table and the system function module,displaying the system modules functions,such as data preprocessing,attribute reduction and decision rules.In this paper,the rough set is closely linked with the college graduates' employment.It's beneficial for college and university to make an employment guidance and career planning for graduates,promote the college graduates' rational distributaries and relieve the employment pressure.
