Under the condition of automation’s high-seep development and world economy’s weak in these years,the employment demand reduces continuously,while the enrolling scale is expanding continuously based on Chinese education reform’s deep-going,which caused employment pressure enhanced every day.So how to improve students’ competitive power is the most important topic to all of the university now.During the process of sorting, the Rough Sets theory will be used to ensure the effectiveness and scientificalness.The theory is created by Z.pawlak,one Poland scientist,in 1982,which is one tool to reach imprecise and uncertain knowledge.The Article is divided into three parts mainly,the first one is to describe the Rough set theory,the second one is to filter out the important factor,and finally to guide the educator director to match the employment demand based on the analysis to the above results.This article obtains from the employment situation, find out the related factors influencing the university students’ employment, and with the aid of rough set theory to filter out the influence of the important factors, namely the logical thinking ability,practical ability, professional knowledge level, etc.According to the result, we put forward teaching method to improve the important factors to provide reference for college teaching management work.
