Research On The Innovation Of College Counselors' Ideological And Political Education

Counselors are the people who plan and do the work of ideological and political education to university students.Universities shall do well in the field.They are supposed to do the ideological and political work according to the latest trend.By following the tendency of mental development of college students and rules of this field,it is necessary to improve working abilities and level according to the development pattern of students.In the case of economy globalization,cultural diversification andnetwork informationization,student consultants are facing more and severer new challenges.Hence,it is becoming increasingly important to do the ideological and political education in such new environment.This article discourses the study on the innovation of ideological and political education of university students in the following four parts.The first part focuses on the explanation of the purpose and meaning of the study after the summary of domestic and oversea studies,basic methodologies and major innovations.The second part illuminates the theoretical accordance,timely accordance as well as practical foundation of the theory,determining the necessity of innovation in the field by analyzing in different angles,providing foundation for further development.The third part systematically analyzes and discusses the problems and reasons for potential problems of ideological and political education,laying solid ground for innovation necessity of ideological and political education.The fourth part,as the main body of the thesis,discusses the innovation of ideological and political education in the aspect of the theory,content,methodology and measure dependencies.Firstly,for concept innovation,in heritage and innovation of existing theories,new principles,such as student-oriented principle,all-round principle,net informationization principle as well as law awareness principle,are added.Meanwhile,shifting traditional principles and developing new principles are considered to be the initiatives of student consultants' ideological and political education;Secondly,content innovation consists of socialist core values education,ecological civilization education,netizen quality education,career planning,business innovation education as well as law awareness education,coordinating the concept that the new era gives new concept of ideological and political education;Thirdly,for methodological innovation,curriculum-based education,extra-curriculum activity evaluation,project-oriented education and peer education are explained,in accordance with the belief that objective demand determines the effect of ideological and political education methodology by timely innovation;Lastly,measure dependencies,including network,culture,activity and publicity,follow the principle that the innovation of work dependency offers a new platform for the betterment of ideological and political education,qualifying itself the major force of political and ideological education.
