Research On Collaborative Innovation Of College Students' Ideological And Political Education In The New Era

As Socialism with Chinese Characteristics enters a new era,ideological and political education gradually presents complex and comprehensive characteristics,which is that it faces both a rapidly changing and complex external environment and its own fracture and fragmentation.Innovation and change have become the realistic needs and future requirements of the ideological and political education of college students.As Xi Jinping emphasized," Focusing on systemic,holistic and synergistic is the inherent requirement of comprehensively deepening reform and an important method to promote reform".The change of ideological and political education of college students in the new era is also a profound reform,and this reform is not a local piecemeal one,but a holistic and systematic innovation.In the new era,the subject and object of ideological and political education in colleges and universities and the educational environment have changed greatly.To meet the new needs of ideological and political education under the new situation and new tasks,it is urgent to integrate the concept of collaborative innovation into ideological and political education,so as to realize the creative transformation and innovative development of ideological and political education of college students in the new era." collaboration and innovation",as an essential connotation of Xi Jinping's Socialist Thought with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era,is an important idea of his comprehensive deepening reform,moreover,it is a clear requirement of his education career and ideological and political work.This is also the due meaning and inevitable path to deepen the reform of ideological and political work and achieve innovative development for the collaborative innovation of ideological and political education of college students in the new era.However,from the research results available in CNKI,it can be seen that even though the collaborative innovation program has received national and even local attention,the current research on " collaboration" applied to colleges and universities still pays little attention to the object positioning and functional role of "college students" in the collaborative innovation model.In fact,if we want to implement the national strategy of collaborative innovation development and promote the construction of a strong talent and innovative country,we should know that "university students" are the most active and creative objects in the construction of collaborative innovation mode in universities.Therefore,introducing the concept of "synergy and innovation" into the system of college students' thinking and political education can help college students understand their roles,develop the awareness of synergy and innovation,and improve the ability of interaction and cooperation,so that colleges and universities can cultivate college students who meet the requirements of the times and are not afraid of the challenges of the times and develop in all aspects.By exploring the rich concepts,elements and contents of the concept of collaborative innovation of college students' thinking and political education,we form a holistic understanding of this concept.Subsequently,it is used as the theoretical basis and premise to carry out the research on the innovation path of collaborative innovation in the Civic and Political Education of college students in the new era.This includes clarifying the current development status of the construction of collaborative innovation model of college students' thinking and politics education from three parts: team building,mechanism building and platform building.While learning from the existing achievements and experiences,the research investigates the gaps and finds out various problems such as imperfect top-level design of team building,rigid management mechanism,unreasonable benefit distribution mechanism,imperfect guarantee mechanism,single mode of talent cultivation platform,low conversion rate of scientific research platform and insufficient construction of practical training platform.In order to build a more comprehensive and multi-faceted collaborative innovation education system,this paper proposes a corresponding optimization path for the problems exposed in team building,mechanism building and platform building,and proposes specific methods and approaches to solve the problems.
