As an important part of the urban labor force in China, migrants population's employment situation is related to the efficiency of economic structure adjustment and the new-type urbanization development. In recent years, with the economy entered "The New Normal",,China's labor supply and demand structure of migrants population has changed, not also the growth of working age migrants population declined, but also the degree of aging population deepened. The risk of unemployment is more higher than before.Currently, family migration has become the mainstream, and there is a significant difference between the intergenerational population of the migrations, but there are few research studies about this.On this basis, this paper will use 2016 Migrants Population Dynamic Monitoring Survey(A)data analysis the influences on the employment decision among the first and the new migrants population. In the part of data analysis, this paper firstly described the first and new migrants population's demographic characteristics and their family migration situation, include:the characteristics of natural structure, social structure, migration characteristics, types of family migration, family size, family support situation, family income and family income and expenditure status.Secondly, this paper analyzed the difference between the first and the new generation migrants population's employment decisions, found that the first migrants population employment rate is 86.54%,higher than the new migrants population employment rate which has showed a declining trend in recent years. This paper also found that the first and the new migrants population's employment rate has significant differences at the individual level, family level, migration level and social level. Finally, this paper adopted two logistic regression analysis and evaluated the family, migration and socioeconomic impacts on the employment rate of migrations population and compared its intergenerational difference. The results showed that marital status, family level, local family size, family support and family registration characteristics have significant different influences on the employment decisions of the first and the new migrants population;,non-economic migration and short distance migration will significantly reduce the employment probability of the migrants population;but the flow experience, the unemployment insurance and the city GDP level will significantly increase the employment probability of the migrants population.Based on the above conclusions, this paper put forward some suggestions on promoting the migrants population's employment level:first, protect the rights and interests of women's employment, establish a fair competition mechanism;second, strengthen the education and occupation training, improve the quality of the working population;third, improve the social security system and reduce the cost of family survival;fourth, balanced regional development, widening the employment channels;fifth, build a platform for information sharing, improve the quality of employment service.
