Research On The Development Of Workers Sports Relying On Single Sports Association

With the development of China's market economy,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.With the prosperity and prosperity of the socialist culture,people's living standards have been improved,and many new health problems have been caused.National fitness work has been focused Unprecedentedly.As the main force of building the characteristic socialism,the situation of the workers' participation in sports is not optimistic.In recent years,scholars have focused on the research of staff sports in the present situation and lack systematic theory.Based on the actual operation and effect of the Tennis Association of Central State organs,based on the theoretical research and practical research of staff sports,this paper puts forward a new conception of the development of staff sports relying on the single sports association,with a view to provide a more effective development path for the development of staff sports.By combing the history of the development of the workers' sports,the paper points out that different historical stages need different hands to develop the workers' Sports.Under today's social conditions,as an important role in the industry association in the development of workers sports in the planned economy period,the efficiency is low,so workers sports need new carriers to develop.According to the theory of demand,the theory of social division of labor and the theory of multi center governance,the model of single sport association is more suitable for the development of workers sports.The single sports association is more professional,organizational and justifiable.In this study,the central state organs Tennis Association as an example,from the 2332 member contacts,2000 valid data were retained.400 people were randomly selected to add WeChat and distributed questionnaires.268 people filled in questionnaires.Through field investigation and questionnaire,analysis of achievements of the development of Workers Sports Federation in practice from the aspects of history,the source of funds,operation mechanism,effect,and points out the problems and difficulties.Through the combination of theory and practice,put forward combined with the development of staff sports in the institutions to sports associations and Sports Association authority on Sports Association,responsible to the civil affairs department operation mechanism with market mechanism and voluntary mechanism combination,while paying attention to limit leaders non power influence.This study holds that from a policy perspective,the staff sports is an important part of the implementation of the "National Fitness Program",but with the weakening of the functions of trade unions,"to further promote the separation of management policy,the existing industry association model there are some contradictions,not suitable as a carrier of worker sports development;From a theoretical point of view,with the development of the market economy,the exchange of various sectors of the society is increasingly frequent,and the demand for physical education of the workers is increasingly diversified.The organization for promoting the development of the staff and workers is becoming more and more specialized;From a realistic point of view,the single sports association has the characteristics of organization,professionalism and legitimacy.There are many grey areas in the development of Employee Sports in individual sports associations.We should standardize organizational behavior through the establishment of information disclosure system and the corresponding system of leaders,so as to avoid the phenomenon of power rent seeking.
