Since the party's 18 th National Congress,with the deepening of comprehensive deepening reforms,under the background of the State Council's introduction of the No.46 document in 2014,under the guidance of the China Triathlon Association and the exclusive operation of the competition company,the triathlon has been popularized and enhanced.The China Triathlon League,the sport's development goal,was born.After more than a year of practice,the author found that there are many problems in the brand building of the China Triathlon Tournament.In the current environment of increasingly fierce competition in the triathlon competition,the competition is achieved by strengthening the study of the league brand building.Branding,improve the competitiveness of the league.In combing the literature,it is found that there are few researches on triathlon sports events.Based on the basic theory of brand building,this article can supplement the research on sports event brand building and further improve the development and construction of China's sports industry.In this paper,literature research,expert interviews,and participation observation methods are used to deeply study the status quo and problems of the Chinese Triathlon brand building.By sorting out the research data and analyzing the problems in each part,we summed up and summarized the following conclusions:The brand building of the China Triathlon League is a long-term project that develops dynamically.The products and services of the competition are the core content of the league brand.The league is constantly exploring and exploring,positioning itself in professional amateur events and the triathlon that the people love to see.Currently,the main players in the China Triathlon have begun to attach importance to brand building work,relying on the background of the establishment of the league to develop the competition system and the scale of the competition,and build a relatively complete competition system;in the brand communication,the league has formed TV broadcast,online media broadcast,print media coverage,press conferences,and joint training missions based on communication strategies to form a live webcast of the event and a wide range of coverage throughout the entire network;the main players in the league are based on the humanistic characteristics of each competition area.Advantages: To display the city's business card building platform and create a cultural landscape.On the whole,the China Triathlon has become an influential triathlon event sought after by domestic triathlon enthusiasts,sponsors,media,and the district government.However,there are still some problems,which are manifested in: league operation mechanism and management The pattern is ambiguous;the league system is unstable and lacks overall planning;the league's main players are lacking in brand management awareness and lack of supporting talents;unfavorable league brand promotion,low exposure by authoritative media,and inadequate self-promotion;the triathlon competition is becoming increasingly fierce.The brand building of the league in the future can be carried out in five areas: First,to strengthen the consensus on the brand building of the event,to build the brand building into a systematic project;second,to clarify the league operation mechanism and management model,and to strengthen internal and external management;Third,stabilize the league system,improve the quality of the competition;Fourth,increase the brand promotion of the league,develop new media,attach importance to the value of live streaming,and strengthen the interaction with the iron three enthusiasts;Fifth,fully investigate the current sports market environment,establish differences Brand building strategy,highlighting the idea of running the game.
