Education's unbalanced development has raised new requirements and high standards for education reform and development.In the context of the new era,it is the key to improve education output quality to solve this problem.Education of junior high school belongs to the compulsory education stage,which is also an important transitional period for bridging primary school and high school education.As one of the subjects of education,teachers are particularly important for the reform and development of education.Based on expectation education as the breakthrough point,this paper analyzes the psychological theories,influencing factor,mechanism of action,which related to the teacher expectations,tease out the relationship among self-efficacy,interests internal and external motive,expectations and self expectation,values,goals and the attribution.Make a clear explanation of the expectation education on "cause and effect".Teacher expectation is a kind of prediction result of teachers' comprehensive understanding of students' academic performance and behavior.On the one hand,teachers inject profound thinking and concern on the possible development direction of each student,and on the other hand,they also reflect the teacher's care and cultivation for the individual students.The teacher's positive education concept and effective management method can affect the class atmosphere and the construction of class wind,thus affecting the growth and learning of each student.According to Rosenthal's four-step theoretical model,the effect of teacher expectation effect is discussed in order: formation,transmission,effect and feedback.Use the seventh grade questionnaire data of “China Education Panel Survey” to Do the authentication.Under the verification of correlation analysis and factor analysis,a further sign of positive teachers expect can promote junior middle school students' academic achievement,self education and increase of social behavior.Self-efficacy and motivation are the most important factors in bridging the teacher expectations and academic performance.The results of the interview show that the teachers' positive education concept and effective management methods can affect the class atmosphere and the construction of class wind,and thus affect the growth and learning of each student.Therefore,according to the above discussion results,the corresponding suggestions are put forward in the paper :(1)to stimulate students' learning motivation,to help identify goals and to enhance students' learning ability;(2)improve students' self-efficacy and teachers' selfefficacy,promote self-regulation learning,and promote the effective delivery of expectation effect;(3)change the teaching mode,strengthen the interaction between teachers and students,establish the cooperative relationship with others,promote the formation of students' self-expectation,and promote the expectation of teachers.At the end of the article,two perspectives of education are proposed,one is to change the new and the old,prompt the teacher to set the expectation of education,and play the positive role of teachers' expectations better.Second is to propose education prospect of "spontaneous order".It contains concerns about excessive intervention by the macro environment or government institutions,and the negative effects of teacher intervention on children and psychological behavior.
