Teachers play an essential role in students' study and life.The process of learning and psychology are influenced by teachers' expectations and also teachers' behavior and attitude have an important influence on students.Therefore,teachers should pay attention to this issue and the correct guidance,encouragement and affirmation should be given to the students.Because of the formation and development of self-consciousness of primary school with high grade,more attention should be paied to this point.In this period,the students have a very sensitive heart who need to be guided towards a positive direction.At the same time,the achievement motivation,an important state variable of the inner psychological,is the intrinsic motivation to promote students' success.The study shows that the achievement motivation has the functions of orientation,maintenance and power,which can adjust the psychological potential through timely preparation,attention concentration,and strengthening efforts,so as to give full play to the cognitive ability to promote the improvement of students' academic performance.Therefore,this research to discussion the following concepts: on the one hand is the teachers' expectation,on the other hand is the achievement motivation.On the basis of education research in our country,the research question is proposed for the study.To study how academic performance of primary school students with high grade can be influenced by teachers' expectation and achievement motivation.Random samples are conducted for the Henan university affiliated elementary school students in grades four,five and six through questionnaire,the number of male and female students are 175 and 162,the number of fourth grade is 134,the fifth grade is 128 and the sixth grade is 75.?Student perceived teacher expectation perception questionnaire?compiled by guang-wei Zhang,chun-lin Fan and?Achievement motivation scale?compiled by the psychologist in the university of Oslo in Norway named T.Gjesme,R.Nygard,which is revised by ren-min Ye are used for experimental study.First,to study the characteristics of student perceived teacher expectation perception in primary school with high grade,we analyze the differences of gender,grade,whether it is the only child and whether it is the student cadre.Secondly,to study the characteristics of achievement motivation in primary school with high grade,we analyze the differences of gender,grade,whether it is the only child and whether it is the student cadre.Third,the relationship between student perceived teacher expectation perception,achievement motivation and academic achievement are analyzed.And whether the achievement motivation plays an intermediary role between student perceived teacher expectation perception and academic achievement in primary school with high grade.The results of the study are as following:1.The average value of the student perceived teacher expectation perception is more than half of the total value.The above level indicates that the student perceived teacher expectation perception expect to be in good condition.2.There were significant differences in grade and whether the student is cadre or not,which embodied in the fourth grade students perceived teacher expectation perceptionin levels is higher than the five or six grade and the cadre is higher than the others.There is no difference between gender and whether he is an only child.3.The average value of the achievement motivation is more than half of the total value.The above level indicates that the achievement motivation expect to be in good condition.4.There were significant differences in grade and whether the student is cadre or not,which embodied in the fourth grade achievement motivation levels is higher than the five or six grade and the cadre is higher than the others.There is no difference between gender and whether he is an only child.5.Student perceived teacher expectation perception,achievement motivation and academic achievement are two related relations.The academic achievement can be perceived by the student perceived teacher expectation perception,so is achievement motivation,the achievement motivation has extremely significant forecasting effect to academic achievement,and the three prediction effect is positive.6.Student perceived teacher expectation perception influences students' academic achievement through achievement motivation,and the achievement motivation plays a role of intermediary role between student perceived teacher expectation perception and academic achievement in primary school with high grade.
