Primary school is a important stage to lay the foundation of knowledge and learning ability for lifetime of learning activity period,also is a very important time to of psychological development.In this period,the significant others have turned from parents to the teachers who spend the daily life,the primary school stage is the best time for students to adopt the teacher expectations.Although Computer allocation has promoted the education fair of the “Primary to Middle”,senior grades students in primary school are still facing the academic pressure,coupled into the adolescence,mood swings easily,academic emotions will also be effected.This research explored the relationship among the perception of teacher expectations,academic emotions and the academic performance,provided a theoretical basis for primary school education and primary school students’ psychological health development.This research used stratified random sampling method,selected the five and six grade students in Datong No.2primary school in Changsha and Wenshan primary school in Zhuzhou as samples,adopt the “Teacher expectations of studentsperceived perception questionnaire ”, ” Children Academic emotions Questionnaire”,and a recent exam score translate into Z scores as academic performance index,to explore the relationship among the perception of teacher expectations,academic emotions and the academic performance,causing teachers’ focus on teacher expectation.This research used descriptive statistics and difference test to the perception of teacher expectations and academic emotions respectively,used correlation analysis and regression analysis and path analysis to test the relationship among the perception of teacher expectations,academic emotions and the academic performance.After a series of data analysis,the conclusions are as follows:(1)There is a significant correlation between any two perception of teacher expectations, academic emotions and academic performance of senor grades students in primary school.(2)The perception of teacher expectations and academic emotions can predict academic performance.(3)Academic emotions play an intermediary role between perception of teacher expectations and academic performance.(4)There is no significant difference between the subjectsperformance taught by class teacher and other subjects. The expectation of the class teacher will affect the total academic performance of the students, not only affect the subjects performance taught.
