The report of the 19 th congress of the communist party of China(CPC)pointed out that "Youth makes the country prosperous;youth makes the country strong".As the mainstay of the young college students in the 21 st century,academic postgraduate is the new force of future teaching and theoretical research talents.Researching difficulties and countermeasures of college academic graduate students' autonomous learning to solve the realistic problem of autonomous learning,cultivating innovative,comprehensive type of talents with independent exploration,promoting higher education connotation development is of important theoretical significance and practical value.By domestic and foreign literature review and analysis,we found that there are few studies which refer to autonomous learning of academic graduate students and a lack of the combination of qualitative and quantitative research in this field,which provides the space for the research of this article.This study regards the reality of practical problems existing in the academic graduate students' autonomous learning as the logical premise and is based on the theory of social constructivism theory.The study aims to grasp the problems existing in the autonomous learning and put forward to practical and feasible countermeasures and suggestions through empirical investigation of chongqing N university academic graduate students.The empirical data shows that there are the following difficulties in autonomous learning of academic graduate students in colleges and universities:graduate students' spontaneity and blindness;teachers' lack of enough guidance to students and school's lack of humanistic situation.It is found that the existing problems are mainly caused by graduate students' lack of goal orientation,lack of interest guidance and being easy to be influenced by external factors.Teachers are absent in overall planning,processsupervision and effect evaluation of students' independent learning.Colleges and universities in the academic atmosphere,resources integration and network academic resources development efforts are not enough.Based on social constructivism theory,the author puts forward to the following measures: graduate students should set clear academic goals,develope academic interest and master the methods of scientific strategy to highlight the knowledge construction of the main body status in the autonomous learning to improve autonomous learning ability;teachers should strengthen the overall planning,process and effect guidance for students' autonomous learning,and highlight the role of teachers as helpers and guides in the construction of students' knowledge;colleges and universities should create strong academic atmosphere,integrate the advantage resources,develop network academic resources to create a conducive humanities environment and highlight the education function.Academic graduate students' autonomous learning is a conscious learning process happening in a certain social situation.It is a process between students,between teachers and students,and between students and the environment.In this paper,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward by the three dimensions from the academic graduate students,teachers and university humanities environment,aiming to solve practical problems in academic graduate students' autonomous learning and also lay theoretical basis for further deepen study of autonomous learning.
