In the rapidly changing information age, how to improve their learning adaptability, maximize the mining learning potential to shorten the time of acquisition of knowledge, creativity is an important task of contemporary graduate student faces. Existing research shows that learning adaptability can directly affect the quality of student learning and learning efficiency. Students in the process of academic research constantly adjust their mastery goal and learning goals, Constantly adapt to the learning environment are based on the understanding of self ability and evaluation of a learning autonomic regulation ability, also is the so-called academic self-efficacy. Based on the above analysis, understand the master graduate student academic self-efficacy, the status of learning adaptability, as well as the relationship between the two, and Improve the learning adaptability of master graduate student ultimately will be the problem that place of this thesis to explore.This research adopts two questionnaires, the "graduate student academic self-efficacy factors questionnaire", academic self-efficacy can be divided into3each factor."Master graduate student learning adaptability questionnaire" learning adaptability can be divided into five factors. The227Lanzhou University graduate academic self-efficacy, learning adaptability through investigation, to understand their academic self-efficacy, learning adaptability, Through the analysis of the data on the demographic characteristics of the differences in academic self-efficacy, learning adaptability, And to further reveal the academic self-efficacy and the relationship between learning adaptability. The results of the study are as follows:graduate student’s academic self-efficacy in general in good condition, master graduate student learning adaptability of the overall average score below the moderate level.Arts and science students on the scientific research activity self-efficacy, the learning adaptability difference is significant; Walking on the way for admission, student recommended for admission and attend the exam of master graduate student academic self-efficacy overall significant difference, learning ability aspact has a significant difference; Urban and rural areas is very significant difference of the students’ overall learning adaptability; In the external environment on the adaptation of graduate school before a job whether or not have a significant difference in adaptability,Graduate student academic self-efficacy and learning adaptability was significantly positively related to overall, academic self-efficacy three factors(course academic self-efficacy, research activities self-efficacy, social practice self-efficacy) effect on learning motivation, learning environment are expected.
