On The Cultivation Of Contract Spirit Of College Students Under The Rule Of Law Society

The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC National Congress in 2014 adopted the document titled “Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Several Major Issues Concerning the Fully Ruling the Country According to Law”.It proposed to “strengthen the construction of civic virtues,carry forward Chinese excellent traditional culture,strengthen the rule of law and moral background,enhance the consciousness of the rule,advocate the spirit of contract,carry forward the disgraceful consideration”.The cultivation and strengthening of the spirit of contract is an important content of the construction of a legal society.The spirit of contract is the spiritual impetus to promote the construction of our society under rule of law,and the construction of this legal society provides the practical basis for the cultivation of the spirit of contract.They promote each other and coordinate development.Citizens of the cultivation and cultivation of contract spirit is very important to promote the construction of the legal society,and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation as the backbone of the Chinese dream.Contract spirit education of college students is related to the social contract spirit level and process of the construction of the rule of law society.Taking the undergraduates' contractual spirit education as the core proposition and the relationship between the contract spirit and the rule of law as the breakthrough point,in view of the rule of law society construction under the background of college students lack contract theory knowledge,consciousness of contract,contract imbalance of cognitive and behavioral problems,this paper try to under the rule of law society observes the nurturance education of the college students' spirit of contract for further rational thinking,in order to further explore the influence factors of college students' spirit of contract to develop education,puts forward the reasonable path of ascension.This paper,under the background of the rule of law society,has developed education as the research target of college students' contract spirit,mainly from four aspects.First of all,through the analysis on the rule of law society and the spirit of contract interpretationof the concept of defining the main concepts involved in the thesis in the study,based on the formation of social relations with the spirit of the contract under the rule of law system in this paper.Law society and contract spirit are interdependent and inseparable.The spirit of contract is the basic requirement of the construction of the rule of law society,which is an important guarantee for the formation of the contract spirit.Secondly,the theoretical basis and necessity of education for college students' contract spirit are expounded.The basic theory of marxist theory,marxist practice epistemology and the marxist theory of communication provide theoretical basis for the cultivation of college students' contract spirit.This chapter,from the process of the construction of the rule of law society,practices the core values of socialism,and the necessity of developing education for college students' contract spirit in three aspects.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the existing problems of education in college students' contract spirit,and then makes an in-depth exploration on the reasons.To the contract do not take the social history environment,the education system is not strong enough,and in the process of cultivating college students' own neglect of contract spirit is led to the spirit of contract of the students to develop the important reasons of the lack of education.Finally,the paper analyzes the path of education for college students' contract spirit under the perspective of the rule of law.To form a model of education through college students' self-education,which is based on college and social and family.
