The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee proposed: “To bring the education for the rule of law into the national education system;we should enhance the concept of universal rule of law and guide the people to abide by the law,find ways in case of trouble and solve problems by law.” In 2016,with the promulgation of the “Outline of the Education for Children under the Rule of Law”,the state has pointed out the content and implementation of the rule of law education in all education stages.The object requirement in the “Seventh Five-Year” PFA is that all citizens with education-capable ability should focus on leading cadres and young people.In the report to the 19 th Congress,“Persisting in Governing the Country in Accordance with the Law in All Its Aspects” has been clearly defined as one of the basic strategies for upholding and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics in the fourteen new era.It is an important task of school education how to realize the actual effect and recognition degree of rule of law education in schools and how to realize the content and form connection between rule of law education in primary and middle schools and universities.Therefore,the author starts with the way of law education in primary and secondary schools,senior high schools and higher education at present,with a view to putting forward some pertinent suggestions on how to construct and link up the rule of law education in schools.This paper is divided into seven chapters,the first chapter is the introduction,mainly introduces the research background,research significance,research content and research methods.The second chapter is an overview of the basic theory,including the concept of conceptual definition and research.Summed up the concept of “rule of law education” and “education path”,and then summarized the basic theory of the construction of school education under Rule of Law in our country.The first two chapters are the basic part of this article,but also the basic concept of following study.The third chapter is divided into two parts.The first part reviews the history of the development of legal education in schools in all educational stages in our country.The second part is the evaluation of the history of the legal education in schools.The fourth chapter is based on a questionnaire survey of the legal education in schools.Through the questionnaire survey of primary and middle schools,high schools and universities,and the interviews with school teachers,the author analyzes the effect of education under the rule of law and evaluates the status quo of the legal education in schools.The fifth chapter is to summarize and analyze the rule of law education mode in some countries outside of the country,in order to get enlightenment to our country's legal education.The sixth chapter is to improve the legal education in the school.The last chapter is the conclusion of this article,summarizing the main points of this article and the areas that still need to be further explored.
