Research On The Cultivation Of College Students' Spirit Of Responsibility In The Background Of Individualized Society

Individualization is an inevitable trend of social modernization.With the continuous improvement of modernization,Chinese society also presents a trend of differentiation and individualization,which has a great impact on people's lives and thoughts.Xi Jinping has repeatedly emphasized the importance of "taking the spirit"and reminding the contemporary Chinese people to firmly establish the spirit of responsibility and take the lead to lead themselves.Contemporary young college students shoulder the historical responsibility of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,the future of national development and the hope of the country to take off.Whether contemporary young college students can advance at the same time,brave to shoulder the heavy responsibilities given by the times are closely related to whether they have a firm spirit of responsibility.Firstly,through the method of literature review,the thesis traces the roots of the individualized and individualized society at home and abroad,and on this basis,collects and summarizes the theories of Chinese individualized society,and realizes that the individualized society activates,to a certain extent,activates the enthusiasm and creativity of the people and brings new freedom to the individual.but the negative thoughts and distorted values brought about by it will inevitably impact the thinking of the contemporary people.Secondly,through the collection and compilation of books,articles and related reports,it understands the concept of the spirit of responsibility,and then,the spirit of the Chinese national culture,the speech of Xi Jinping and the mission of contemporary young college students are elaborated.Thirdly,with the aid of empirical research such as questionnaires and interviews,it is determined that there are obvious deficiencies in the current college students'cognition and practical application of the spirit of the role,mainly because it is difficult to internalize the role as their own moral system and guide themselves.Finally,based on the problems presented by the data,the authors extract the causative elements from the three perspectives:the living environment,education,individual thinking and external values.On this basis,the corresponding solutions and cultivation paths are proposed from the environmental atmosphere,school education,personal cultivation and social practice.
