With the gradual stabilization and improvement of China's economic foundation,the development and implementation of media technology have promoted the change of domestic media.Especially in recent years,new media,such as we-media,self-media,AR,VR and mobile media have rapidly emerged,which has a huge impact on the traditional media.The mode of social communication has changed,and the vertical single structure has changed to the compound double structure.The audience have also changed from passive acceptance to active choice and feedback in the new media environment.At the same time,the network between the media is more ambiguous,and the fusion of old and new media is used as the sword on the bow.The use and development of new media have become our society's "secondary media" and "private opinion field".The popularization and development of the new media have promoted the job demand of the media industry and motivated the enthusiasm of the media talents.But at the same time,the professional level and ability of media talent need the selection of new requirements.As one of the main bridges of media communication,announcers,presenters and journalists are the main personnel of information,image acquisition,production and broadcast.Since 1963,the Institute of Beijing Broadcasting(The Media University of China)has been recruiting students to teach the arts of broadcasting for 55 years.In the course of more than half a century,it has become a more systematic teaching theory and training model.The demand for media talents is characteristic of the times.In the background environment of new media,how to meet the higher demand of new media and media integration;How to improve the inherent cultivation model and teaching idea;It is an urgent problem for media educators to recognize the complex situation of professional education.By use of literature analysis,comparative research,empirical research,questionnaire investigation and interview,this study sampled 151 students majoring in Broadcasting and Hosting Art from the two universities of Henan Province(Henan University & Zhoukou Normal College),re-examines the setting,training and output of the major in the background of new media,and on the basis of the original construction,probes into how to adapt the talents of the major in the new media to the employmentenvironment.Only in doing so can we achieve the perfect docking of the professional personnel demand unit.Therefore,the author puts forward the optimization training plan of broadcast and host art major in media innovation era.First,the subject orientation of broadcasting and hosting arts major is clearly and accurately defined.In communication,drama and film and television art,linguistics,broadcasting theory may fall into the following four major disciplines of orientation and construction.Second,the traditional professional training pattern has been broken through and improved.Students who major in broadcast and host arts gradually migrate from the traditional media,such as radio,television and newspapers,to the new media.Third,the concept of professional training should be changed.The traditional media "pick-make-broadcast" has been integrated with the new media "all media" personnel training concept,and has paid attention to a specialized versatile training concept.According to the media personnel demand,a dynamic personnel training concept has been developed.Fourth,the course teaching,with the media talent market professional skill demand as the guide,should also be improved so as to build a basic theoretical teaching and professional skill teaching and to keep pace with the times.Based on the development status of broadcasting and hosting arts major in Henan,this study puts forward some suggestions for improving the existing professional talent output and demand under the new media environment.At the same time,it is hoped that this model will be extended to other provinces according to the actual situation and demand of self-colleges and universities.However,due to the limited time and ability,the scope of the questionnaire in this study is limited to some universities in Henan.Finally,the geographical scope is not wide enough to radiate the whole country because the sample volume is relatively small.The optimal conclusion and model are influenced by time,region,economy and culture.
