| With the gradual development and deepening of "new class reform",the school is gradually becoming a model of the university’s research on education.It is a school of problems existing in the education teaching and the actual needs of the school development for a range of topics,with teachers as the research subject,research achievements by certain research programs,and the research results directly to the school education teaching research activities.A growing number of practice has proved that school-based teaching and research is to put the new curriculum reform advocated by the new idea,new requirements,new way into an effective way to teachers’ self-consciousness,is to improve students’ quality all-round development,promoting teachers’ professional growth,and create features powerful guarantee of the school.At present,many rural schools the school-based teaching and research as a school curriculum reform "bright spot" to grasp,however,whether from school leadership,or from the teachers themselves,but regard it as a verbal concept to shout,the research work has many factors is not optimistic.In this paper,in the northwest minority linxia county three junior high school mathematics teachers as research object,for mathematics teachers in the implementation of school-based teaching and research problems are discussed.The thesis uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and case analysis to study and analyze the development of school-based teaching and research in three junior high school mathematics teachers in Linxia County of Gansu province.The subjects of the questionnaire were 90 mathematics teachers in three junior middle schools in Linxia county.The interviews included 5 managers from three schools and 9 math backbone teachers.The findings show that the school has done a lot of research on its system,measures and evaluation in school-based teaching and research management,which has promoted the professional development of teachers and promoted the development of the new curriculum reform.However,current situation of school-based management in the region there are still many problems,such as:school leaders and teachers of mathematics understanding of school-based research should be improved;the school-based teaching research system should be further improved;the internal demand of mathematics teachers self development is low,the lack of autonomy;school-based mathematics teacher’s examination and communication is not in place;the shortage of common research material resources;form of school-based activities of mathematics teachers is single;the lack of school-based teaching and research to solve the problem of in-depth research.The reasons for the existing problems are analyzed and sorted,including the proposed to improve teachers’ teaching quality of mathematics,update the concept of education,the establishment of multiple school-based teaching mode,guarantee the material resources,construction of school environment,improving the evaluation system,improve the effectiveness of school-based teaching and research,improve the incentive mechanism to promote the growth of mathematics teachers and several countermeasures and suggestions. |
