Bilingual teaching is an important measure to promote the quality of education for ethnic minorities.It is also an important mean of cultivating the talents of national minorities with a common-minded personality.The effectiveness of bilingual teaching is influenced and restricted by many factors,among which the bilingual teachers' ability of language expression is particularly crucial.Improving the ability of bilingual teachers' language expression is of great significance to promote the professional development of bilingual teachers and enhance the students' bilingual ability.This research mainly adopts the paradigm of case studies in qualitative research,and uses methods such as observation,interview and physical collection as specific research methods.Three middle school bilingual teachers in Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture were selected as case objects.On the basis of briefly introducing and describing the basic conditions,personal experiences and working environment of the three Tibetan bilingual teachers,it focuses on understanding and interpreting their bilingual expression abilities from two aspects: language learning and language using,and concludes the specific characteristics of bilingual teachers ' language expression ability.Based on this,it points out the problems still exist in bilingual teachers' ability of language expression,and then finds the factors that influence and constrain their ability of bilingual expression,and constructs strategies which can enhance the bilingual teachers' ability of language expression.Through analyzing the three Tibetan and Chinese bilingual teachers' language expression ability,it is found that their bilingual expression ability has many common features in language learning and language using.In language learning,it mainly embodies cross-cultural linguistic learning and has correct bilingual learning attitudes;in terms of language usage,it mainly shows the diversification of language usage.However,there are still some problems in the language learning and language using of bilingual teachers' language expression ability,that is,the motivation of bilingual expression learning is not strong and learning forms are single,and the bilingual expression skills are not developed well.The reason why this problem occurs is mainly restricted by teachers,schools,students and teacher training.And teachers' own factors are the key factors restricting the ability of bilingual teachers to improve their language expression skills.Based on this research,this paper put forward some suggestions on how to improve the language expression ability of Tibetan and Chinese bilingual teachers from the aspects of teachers themselves,schools students,and teachers training that is Strengthening the motivation of learning and realizing the independent development of bilingual teachers;Based on the school to create a good bilingual environment,enriching the bilingual learning form;Giving play to teachers' exemplary role and mobilizing students' enthusiasm for bilingual learning;Adjusting the Content of Bilingual Teacher Training to improve the Language Ability of Bilingual Teachers to expect which can provide reference for improving the language ability of Tibetan and Chinese bilingual teachers.
