In recent years,"mass entrepreneurship and innovation" has gradually become one of the "double engines" that driving China's economy forward,and has played an important role in promoting economic development.As a new force for the development of innovation-driven development strategies and the mass entrepreneurship and innovation,college students have seen an increase in their entrepreneurial ratio and success rate in recent years.The improvement of college students' entrepreneurial ability is the need to promote the overall development of college students.It is the need to strengthen the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents,and it is also to meet the needs of economic and social development.Therefore,undergraduate entrepreneurship has attracted wide attention from governments at all levels and related institutions.In recent years,relevant government departments in China have promoted a series of policies on innovations and entrepreneurship among college students,optimized employment and entrepreneurship,pioneered entrepreneurship through innovation,and promoted employment through entrepreneurship.Research scholars at domestic and abroad have also conducted a series of studies on college students' entrepreneurial abilities.Research on the entrepreneurial abilities of college students has also obtained some research results.However,most of the studies on entrepreneurship of college students focus on entrepreneurship education.There are few researches on college students' entrepreneurial ability and its influencing factors,and there are still some problems in the research status of college students' entrepreneurial ability,for instance,Qualitative analysis of influencing factors of entrepreneurial ability is excessive,and quantitative research is less;The correlations between the factors affecting entrepreneurship and the mechanism of action are not clear.Therefore,it has no practical significance to guide colleges and universities in perfecting entrepreneurship education and improving the entrepreneurial ability of college students.Combining with the research content,this article is guided by theory such as entrepreneurship process theory,capability development theory,action learning theory,and successful intelligence theory in management science,pedagogy,and pedagogy,and aims to cultivate and improve the entrepreneurial ability of college students.Using literature research,interviews,questionnaires,grounded theory,and structural equation models,the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods,and system dynamics were used to explore the influencing factors of college students' entrepreneurial ability and their promotion.First of all,interviews were carried out on the connotation of entrepreneurial abilities among 27 undergraduates who had already started their careers.According to the results of the interviews,the connotation of undergraduate entrepreneurial abilities from the perspective of entrepreneurial students was obtained through grounded theoretic analysis.There are 35 conceptual categories,10 category categories,and 4 core categories.Finally,Entrepreneurial driving force,management ability,potential exploration ability,and entrepreneurial endowment are four factors to build the entrepreneurial ability of college students.Secondly,according to the scholars' research on the influencing factors of entrepreneurial ability,this paper believes that the intrinsic factor of entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial ability are both hierarchical and at the same time they are also mutual influence.Therefore,10 category categories and 4 core categories were selected as the influencing factors of entrepreneurial ability.A survey questionnaire was designed to investigate the influencing factors of college students' entrepreneurial ability.A questionnaire survey of more than 2,000 university students was conducted to study the factors that influenced the entrepreneurial ability of college students.The SPSS19.0 and AMOS22.0 software were used to test the fitting of the structural model and the assumptions of the relationship between the model variables.The structural equation model was used to explore the path of the impact of entrepreneurial ability on entrepreneurial ability influencing Factors.In the final determination,the structural model was based on the entrepreneurial driving force and management ability as direct variables,the potential exploration ability through entrepreneurial endowments as a medium variable to influence the entrepreneurial ability.Thirdly,based on the results of the previous study,on the basis of analyzing the applicability of system dynamics,a composite system SD model of college students' entrepreneurship was established.With 2013 as the initial year,the baseline scenario was simulated and the actual data and simulation results from 2013 to 2017 were fitted to verify the reliability of the model.With other conditions unchanged,the investment in venture capital,experience perception frequency,and teacher input were separately adjusted,and different scenarios were set up.It was found that all three scenarios have a positive effect on the conversion rate of entrepreneurial success.Finally,it is determined that the promotion of entrepreneurial instructors as the best option.At last,according to the results obtained by the structural equation model and System Dynamics,using the advanced methods of fostering entrepreneurship in foreign universities and referring to the status quo of entrepreneurship education in China,opinions on the promotion of college students' entrepreneurial ability are proposed from four perspectives to universities,governments,and society.This article applies grounded theory,structural equation modeling,system dynamics and other methods to the research on the influencing factors of college students' entrepreneurial ability and their promotion paths.It creates a new perspective for the combination of qualitative and quantitative research ideas for entrepreneurial ability promotion,and enriches the research methods for entrepreneurial ability promotion.
