The marathon is a long endurance project based on aerobic endurance.Before the training is to help the players adjust the best competitive state in the race to obtain satisfactory achievements for the purpose of short-term training.This paper adopts the methods of literature study,interview method,on-the-spot investigation method,mathematical statistics method,through the case of Ma Zhen before the training analysis,to explore its characteristics in race preparation training during the training stage,contents,means and methods of training,training load arrangement and other aspects,and then explore the pre competition training marathon athletes,coaches and scientific arrangement provides the basis for training.Research think:1.The physical indicators of Gansu province outstanding women's marathon athlete Ma Zhen is excellent,the body shape index,the body shape index of Ma Zhen are the mean load of Chinese elite female athletes;body function index,much higher than the Ma Zhen excellent Chinese female long-distance runners,vital capacity and 70 ml/kg-min VO2max reach the level of elite athletes of the project standard.2.Ma Zhen in the race technical movement is complete,but there are some flaws:arm relaxation process sometimes after the show moves,which increased the trunk swing process energy consumption,and even affect the symmetry of the lower extremity measurement technology.In terms of tactics,Ma Zhen will strictly enforce the coach Yang Weize's tactical arrangements,usually in the beginning of the game to follow the implementation of the running method to 35km,sprint stage(35km)according to their own competitive state began to change.3.under the age of 24 Ma Zhen,from 09 years to join the Gansu team,in 2010-2015 these 6 years to participate in major events and outstanding domestic frequency,a total harvest of 4 titles,3 runner up,1 fourth and 1 fifth.Ma Zhen's personal competitive ability has reached the top level of the domestic women's marathon group.4.Ma Zhen pre competition training is divided into four stages about 9 weeks of training cycle.The first stage is the period of preparation,physical function recovery and development of general physical training period;plus the amount of the second stage of the development of special physical quality;the third stage of intensive period to carry out targeted training;the fourth stage is the game to adapt to the adjustment period,to match the specialized preparation and adjustment of the best competitive state.The main training methods and means of the training is:continuous training,repeated training,competition training method and combined training method,according to each stage of week of training tasks,training methods are also different.After 9 weeks of training,the training task was completed.5.Weeks before the training the Ma Zhen with heavy load,the maximum length of more than 960min,the minimum is more than 600min;the maximum amount of running in the 192km,the smallest in 140km;strength training according to the contents of training times of different design strength ranging in group 1-6.Weekly load intensity,according to the different training stages before the setting is also different,on average,the third and four stages of training intensity as high as 95%.On the basis of the arrangement of the training load intensity,the coaches will be consistent with the professional teaching materials,and generally follow the principle of "medium-Big-Big-Big-medium".6.Ma Zhen's training before the game is the use of high load intensity training+ medium load run the overall training model.The load arrangement feature of this model is:medium load the first phase of the development of general physical quality;heavy load led second stage in the development of special physical quality;third stage high strength to enhance the special training level;fourth stage small big strength to adjust the physical and psychological aspects.7.from the 2015 Lanzhou International Marathon race results,Ma Zhen's pre match training is not successful,it is worth learning to summarize other coaches.Suggestion:1 compared with domestic top female Ma Zhen good runner,although there are advantages of body shape,function index,but in sports quality is slightly worse,especially the need to strengthen the capacity of the maximum speed.2.Ma Zhen in the pre game training is more focused on special physical training and technical and tactical aspects of the ability to train,but not much psychological training.At the same time in the adjustment of the best competitive state,strengthen the psychological quality of the training can effectively maintain the stability of the state of the game.
