The Outline of Curriculum Reform in Basic Education(for Trial Implementation)has pointed out:Teachers should actively interact and develop themselves with students together during the teaching process,so as to deal with the relationship between imparting knowledge and cultivating ability.Teachers should pay much attention to nurture students' independence and autonomy,guide students to inquire?explore?learn in practice,and encourage students to learn actively and individually under the guidance,so that each student can be fully developed.That means the strictly traditional form of teachers' teaching and students' learning will gradually turn into interact teaching and learning between teachers and students.They will become a real "learning community".This article dedicates to research the current situation?existing problems and solving strategies on the teacher-student interaction in the primary school.It mainly applies the method of investigation,with the help of a questionnaire survey?teacher-student interview and classroom observation,to found the existing problems on teacher-student interaction in the primary school classroom,then analyzes the causes of the corresponding problems,so that it can explore the optimizational strategies on teacher-student interaction in primary school classroom.The article investigates and analyses from the four dimensions of asking and answering?lecturing?discussion,and the emotional communication between teachers and students in classes on the teacher-student interaction in the primary school classrooms,in the meanwhile explores and discusses the existing teacher-student interaction problems in primary school classroom.It finds that the main existing problems on teacher-student interaction in the primary school classroom:the inequality in subjects on teacher-student interaction in primary school,the unequal opportunity to interact among students,mechanized interactive form,single interactive way,incomprehensive interactive content,and lack of positive feedback in classroom interaction between teachers and students.And then further analyzed the causes:the influence of the traditional concepts for teachers and students?teaching pressure?classroom atmosphere?teaching objectives?teaching ability and classroom management ability,and the relationship between teachers and students.Based on the existing teacher-student interaction problems,this study attempts to put forward the optimizational corresponding strategies:to establish a correct teacher-student interaction concept and establish harmonious teacher-student interaction,to treat each student fairness and justice,to establish a strict system and create a good environment for classroom interaction,to increase more ways of classroom interaction,to design life-closed and emotion-fulfilled interactive content,pay more attention to the classroom evaluation.However,the study of teacher-student interaction in primary school classroom is a complex and difficult subject.Therefore,there are still many problems need us to continue to explore and study in the future work and practice.
