With the implementation of the construction of “Double First-rate universities”,higher education is facing further deepening reforms.However,the quality of postgraduate education plays a very important role in the competitiveness of China's higher education.With the expansion of graduate students in China,the quality of graduate students has been questioned by the society.The interaction between teachers and students is the guarantee to improve the quality of postgraduate training.The initiators of postgraduate teacher-student interaction in China are mainly teachers.Students are passive and subordinate.As the proportion of teachers and students continues to decrease,the initiative of postgraduate teacher-student interaction is improved.Enthusiasm is extremely important.This thesis starts from the perspective of postgraduate students,explores the relationship between the motivation and behavior of master students and teachers,and provides countermeasures and suggestions for improving the initiative and enthusiasm of graduate students and students.Based on the literature,this paper constructs a model of the relationship between teacher and student interaction motivation and behavior,and based on this model,combined with interviews to compile the questionnaire of this paper.Descriptive statistical analysis of the recovered questionnaire data.Through exploratory factor analysis,the common factors of the interaction between graduate students and teachers are extracted to prepare for the next analysis.Correlation analysis between postgraduate teacher-student interaction motivation and teacher-student interaction behavior preference,test whether the interaction between postgraduate teacher-student interaction and teacher-student interactions are different in the gender,personality and discipline of graduate students,and finally the motivation and interaction between graduate students and teachers The interaction behavior between teachers and students is analyzed by structural equation model,which provides a theoretical basis for how to improve the initiative and enthusiasm of graduate students and teachers.Through the exploratory factor analysis,this thesis extracts the motivations of the six types of graduate students and teachers,prepares for the next empirical research,and obtains the personal characteristics of the graduate students through the analysis of variance or nonparametric test.Significant differences,but there is no significant difference in the characteristics of teacher-student interaction behavior;through the relevant analysis,the teacher-student interaction motivation has different teacher-student interaction behavior preferences;through the structural equation model,the post-graduate teacher-student interaction motivation and graduate student There is a positive correlation between the teacher and student interaction behavior characteristics.Finally,based on the results of empirical research,it provides countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the initiative and enthusiasm of graduate student-teacher interaction at the teacher level and the school level.
