The 18 th CPC National Congress proposed “the moral education is a fundamental task of education,” and the 19 th CPC National Congress further stressed that the fundamental task of implementing tree people and developing quality education,which requirements must be fully implemented to the ordinary high school curriculum plan and curriculum standards.The curriculum standard draft guidance is issued in 2003 has been used more than ten years and has played an important role in the teaching and promotion of quality education,but facing the great changes of social economy,science and technology culture,higher demands on talents are need,and some does not adapt the change and needs to be improved need to revise and improve.The new curriculum standard put forward the Key Competencies to adapt to the change of the times.The discipline of history is also advancing with the times.Combined with the characteristics of the discipline,it puts forward the “ Key Competencies of history”.The Key Competencies of history includes the concept of space-time,historical materialism,historical data,historical interpretation and family state.The historical evidence is the necessary way to achieve the accomplishment of the various qualities.Learning history is not only limited to learning historical knowledge,but also to learn how to understand history and explain history,and historical data is the bridge to historical understanding.Through historical data,historical facts are textual research,so as to form a correct historical interpretation and restore the true history.How to acquire the historical materials,analyze the historical materials,explain the historical materials and use the historical materials is a new requirement for students in the new era.In view of this,the purpose of this paper is to explore what is historical data,what is the difference between historical data and historical data teaching,and how to cultivate students' Key Competencies of historical data in practical teaching.This article is mainly divided into two parts: introduction and text.In the introduction part,the reasons,the significance and purpose of the research,the current situation of the research on the history of Key Competencies and the application of historical materials in history teaching both at home and abroad are introduced.The first chapter mainly combines the new high school history curriculum standard(2017),explaining the concept of historical Key Competencies,and the historical data related to one of the Key Competencies of history.To clarify the concept of historical Key Competencies and the concept of historical evidence.The second chapter analyzes the differences between the new curriculum standard of the 2017 and the historical curriculum of the 2003.Combined with specific teaching practice,it illustrates the importance of cultivating students' historical data and empirical core literacy,and how to cultivate students' historical Key Competencies of historical data.In order to guide the teaching work,teachers should improve their understanding of the quality of history.The third chapter,through the questionnaire survey of history teachers in Biyang County of Henan Province,analyzes the current situation of teachers' understanding of historical Key Competencies and the application of historical materials in teaching.Find out the problems and put forward the countermeasures.The fourth chapter,on the basis of the previous discussion,trying to the high school history textbook as an example,try this course for students of history Key Competencies teaching design,to explain how to cultivate the Key Competencies of students in history teaching.
