Since ancient times,the Chinese nation has been a state of etiquette for respecting teachers and valuing religions.The pace of chasing Chinese dreams has never been interrupted,and the progress of society has made China's educational undertaking a great achievement that attracts worldwide attention.Although the decline in physical health of students has eased in our country and the situation is still grim.The occurrence of accidents such as student military training,physical education class,sudden physical death,which to fully develop modern talents they have become a stumbling block for quality education in training IQ?EQ and MQ.It is seriously restricting the vigorous development of our country's education.Professor Wang Zongping proposes an idea of motility quotient.Motility quotient is a kind of trait long-term potential that humans have innate and it can be nurtured.It is equally important with emotional intelligence and intelligence quotient.They constitute the basic quality of the “trinity”.On the basis of predecessor's physical training,physical education concept,sports intelligence,sports IQ and other theoretical foundations the theory of motility quotient is a new concept that studies the human body's comprehensive ability of physical exercise and promotes the development of human activism,intelligence quotient and emotional quotient.In the narrow sense,motility quotient is a quotient(numerical value).It expresses the individual's ability to overcome the influence of subjective and objective factors,to adapt to changes in the sports environment and to participate in sports in an efficient way.In the broad sense,motility quotient refers to the dual nature of the individual's activities in the body(part of the body)or in the process of participating in sports.It has important reference value for measuring individual cognition,developing and characterizing individual traits.This study is guided by the teaching model of integration of after-school and school.In the meanwhile the study based on the teaching plan of primary school physical education and combined with the concept of motility quotient.And the study is determined the guiding ideology,operating procedures,teaching objectives and teaching content,teaching process structure,teaching methods and teaching methodsof evaluation methods for integrated basketball teaching inside and outside class which integrates in-class physical education and extracurricular sports activities.According to the thoughts of Wang Zongping,Liu Dabin and Wei Li about how to establish the MQ standard assessment system,combined with ? The national health standards for students(2014)?,then built the MQ standard assessment system.According to the braked teaching plan we conducted a 18-week teaching experiment in which the experimental group and the control group were selected with no significant differences in the level of commerce.Through the analysis of the post-test data,the conclusions are drawn:1.After the integration of basketball teaching inside and outside the classroom under the guidance of the concept of empathy,the level of commerce is significantly improved and significant differences have occurred before and after the experiment(P=0.032<0.05).2.After the experiment in the control group,there was a slight increase in the quotient level but no significant difference was found(P=0.767>0.05).3.Compared to before the experiment,the experimental group and the control group after the test increased the motility quotient.The experimental group increased the MQ with a significant difference(P=0.047<0.05).Therefore,in the implementation of China's medium and long-term education reform and development goals of the important stage,we must affirm the status of physical education in the education system and attach importance to the value of the concept of sports to students' all-round development.We should pay attention to students' physical health issues and introduce the motility quotient concept evaluation system.The physical education teaching mode must adapt to the development of new ideas and learn from the related ideas of the concept of motility quotient to carry out physical education reform.To contribute to the development of the dynamic business system we should fully explore the role of basketball in the development of the dynamic level of business and speed up the pace of exploring ways and means of training,and gradually improve the dynamic evaluation indicators system.
