In recent years,campus tourism has been very popular.Many universities at home and abroad have attracted a group of tourists to visit these universities,with their unique cultural landscape,fresh and elegant natural scenery,a long and profound cultural connotation,and a quiet atmosphere of scholarly atmosphere.University campus tourism becomes a normal trend since it has a strong attraction and high participation.As public resources,university campuses themselves have the obligation to open their doors to citizens because they are taxpayers.Opening campus tourism will promote the reputation of the university and promote their social influence.It will also promote the development of local tourism.However,as the cradle of teaching and scientific research to cultivate talents,universities provide the most important responsibility for providing intellectual support to the country's social development.The influx of many tourists into the campus will inevitably affect the order of teaching and scientific research and bring pressure and burden on campus management.Most visitors are for the purpose of enjoying the scenery of the campus and have little experience with the essence of campus culture.Therefore,it is a problem worth exploring about how to establish an effective management mechanism,maintain the normal order of teaching and scientific research,and effectively carry out cultural transmission,so that tourists can truly be culturally immersed in and achieve a win-win situation for all parties.This is also the focus of the study in this paper.This paper studies the university campus tourism management and cultural transmission methods.On the basis of sorting out the existing document,the author chooses three theories to carry out research,which include VICE model,stakeholder theory and knowledge classification theory.This paper is based on the VICE model,summarized with the results of questionnaire survey of visitors and students,conducted in-depth interviews with school managers,school estate practitioners and teachers,which have identified the influences of opening campus tourism for various stakeholders as well as their attitudes,so as to lay a solid foundation for analysing university campus management methods of Xiamen University and cultural transmission methods.In the part of management measures,the paper analyzes existing campus management measures through teacher-student surveys and this paper also proposes suggestions for existing problems.This paper proposes to update the concept of campus tourism management and introduce effective management measures.The university should strengthen the current management department's responsibilities;adopt informational means such as smart tour guiding system;scientifically and rationally plan the number of visitors to the colleges and universities;rationally plan tourist routes;and strengthen the construction and management of campus facilities.In the part of cultural transmission,this paper explores the inner cultural core of Xiamen University,summarizes its cultural presentation form,sorts out the current status of its cultural transmission,and analyzes the cultural perception of tourists through the investigation of tourists.In addition,the author gives some recommendations to improve the cultural transmission route of Xiamen University.The author believes that Xiamen University should combine the power of social media and social tourism marketing systems;strengthen the construction of campus marking systems;promote the symbolization of tourism attractions and Commercialization of tourism resources;actively mobilize teachers and students throughout the university to build a brand of campus culture;actively innovate and build unique campus cultural and creative products.The practical significance of this paper is to explore the new development direction of university campus tourism by combining the case study of "Xiamen University" and apply it to the open of the campus.It can not only better realize the opening of the campus,actively undertake social responsibilities,but also can ensure quality of normal teaching as well as researching and promote the standardized development of university campus tourism.The theoretical value of this paper lies in using VICE model,knowing the thoughts about campus tourism of visitors?operator?school manager and teachers and students,serving the sustainable development of campus tourism.This paper also applys the theory of stakeholders for the first time to the research of campus tourism.In the process of designing relevant cultural transmission methods and management measures,this paper focuses on stakeholder's rights.This theoretical perspective not only expands the theoretical connotation and application categories of stakeholders,but also provides ethical principles for the development of the researches on campus tourism.The disadvantage of this paper is that the conclusions obtained are lack of the support of large sample quantitative data and corroboration.There is no multidimensional classification of tourist groups to explore the cultural transmission methods for multiple groups.
