This text focuses on the ability level of grade seven students to solve the problem of graphic rotation.The traditional learning evaluation system is quantified by the form of examination,and the results.Biggs(1982)puts forward the SOLO evaluation theory of students' learning quality and pays more attention to the evaluation of the process.Based on the compulsory education mathematics curriculum standard(2011 Edition)and the requirements of the seven grade mathematics textbooks of Shanghai Education Edition,the author compiled the SOLO level test volume for seven grade students to solve the rotation ability of graphics.The evaluation system of the testing system in strict accordance with Burnett and Trigwell,Prosser(1999)set in the SOLO standard classification theory.Meanwhile,in order to ensure the effectiveness of the test results,the author selected three excellent,medium and weak schools in a district of Shanghai to test,and issued 285 copies of the test papers and 276 copies of the test papers back.Based on the test situation of the test volume,the author interviewed the students and teachers,and mainly studied two questions.1.Grade seven students solve the SOLO level in the problem of graphic rotation.2.The factors that affect the students' SOLO level in solving the problem of graphic rotation.1.Grade seven students solve the SOLO level in the problem of graphic rotationIn general,about 60%of the students in grade seven are in the multi structural level,and the students who can reach the level of the relational are about 10%.The students of grade seven in three elements of rotation(topic 1)and painting(topic 2)rotating graphics to achieve multiple structure levels of students(70.70%)and(63%)was significantly more than the students in the understanding and application of solution center symmetry(topic 3),and the center of rotation symmetric figure said the relationship between the graphic(topic 4)and the relationship between the central symmetry and central symmetry(topic 5)in the students.The following three students were 38.63%(title 3),49.4%(topic 4)and 43.51%(title 5).T he students to solve the three elements(topic 1)rotation and the understanding and application of solution center symmetry(topic 3)to the level of the students association structure respectively accounted for 14.67%and 10.31%,higher than the relationship between the center of symmetry(topic 4)and the relationship between the central symmetry and central symmetry(topic 5)1.7%and 0%.2.The factors that affect the students' SOLO level in solving the problem of graphic rotation.(1)The understanding of the experimental process of graphic rotation and the summary of its experience.(2)The search for the key points of the graphics is an important factor for students to achieve multiple structures in the rotation of the graphics.(3)The transfer of knowledge,the flexible use of mathematical ideas and the ability to integrate knowledge are the key to the students' ability to reach the level of the relational.(4)The thinking level of grade seven students determines that 60%of the students will be in the multi structural level.
