Raising awareness of the rule of law among young people is one of the goals of rule of law education that should be focused on in the basic education stage in China.Ideological and political education is an important platform for training students' awareness of rule of law.Through the in-depth analysis of the "political life" module,this article is guided by the teaching material,excavating the curriculum resources of the "political life" module,and further exploring the relationship between the teaching of political life and the cultivation of the consciousness of the rule of law of the students.In view of the existence of many imperfections in the cultivation of the students' consciousness of rule of law in the ideological and political course of our country,on the basis of the achievements of previous studies,this paper makes an investigation and analysis of the basic situation of the current political life teaching to the students' consciousness of the rule of law,understanding the actual situation,starting from the reality,and making a study.The theoretical countermeasures can be better suited to reality.At the same time,this paper comprehensively measures the elements and resources of education and teaching practice,and applies it to the teaching process of cultivating students' consciousness of rule of law,so that the high school ideological and political lessons can play a role in cultivating the students' consciousness of the rule of law.The main contents of this paper are divided into four parts:The first part generalizes the content and significance of the "political life" module teaching in high school on the cultivation of students' awareness of rule of law.First of all,this article,combined with the 2017 edition of the standard of Ideological and political courses in ordinary high school,summarizes the relevant contents of the cultivation of the rule of law,including the consciousness of law abiding by law,the sense of respect for the use of the law,the consciousness of the rights and obligations and the consciousness of legal responsibility.To cultivate high school students' awareness of rule of law is to enable students to take part in the rule of law in the new era,consciously learn the law,abide by the law and use it.Secondly,it elaborates the significance of "political life" module teaching in high school to cultivate students' awareness of rule of law.In the teaching of "political life",it is of great significance to strengthen the cultivation of the consciousness of the rule of law for the students,to develop the students' core accomplishment in the contemporary social life,to prevent the crimes of the high school students and to help the students to form a modern personality.The second part analyzes the current situation and problems of the "political life" module teaching in high school ideological and political education on the cultivation of students' awareness of rule of law.In the teaching of "political life",in order to further understand the status quo of the cultivation of the students' consciousness of rule of law in "political life" in high school,the author designs a questionnaire about the students' consciousness of rule of law,the mastery of the rule of law knowledge,the practice ability of the rule of law and the rule of law education in "political life" in high school.The students in the middle school were investigated.Through investigation and research,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the "political life" module teaching in the ideological and political course,and tries to find effective solutions.First of all,combined with the investigation of teaching practice,this paper analyzes the basic situation of the cultivation of students' rule of law consciousness in high school political life teaching.First,in the current teaching of political life,teachers focus on the rule of law knowledge education for students.Secondly,teaching also ignores students' experience of rule of law to a certain extent.Thirdly,the cultivation of students' rule of law consciousness in the teaching of political life is still at a preliminary stage.Secondly,this paper analyzes and summarizes the problems in the process of cultivating students' awareness of rule of law in the teaching of political life.First,there is a cognitive bias in the cultivation of students' awareness of rule of law.Second,the rule of law resources in political life have not been fully explored.Third,the teaching method has not been chosen properly.The third part explores the training of legal consciousness in the teaching ofpolitical life.In view of the problems existing in the current teaching,combined with the background and causes of the problems,combined with the relevant teaching practice,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem.First,we should optimize teachers,change the concept of teachers and attach importance to the cultivation of students' awareness of rule of law.In addition,we should improve the training mechanism of teachers' rule of law,and provide a broader platform for the improvement of teachers' legal literacy.Second,fully integrate educational resources for the cultivation of students' awareness of rule of law.Combining the development of curriculum resources of state,local and school,theoretical resources are integrated with the development of practical resources,and online resources and offline resources are coordinated.Thirdly,we should properly choose the teaching methods to cultivate students' awareness of rule of law.Using situational teaching method,we should pay attention to the generative nature of the classroom and enhance the intuitive experience of students.The case teaching method can also be used to visualize and concretely abstract abstract knowledge in teaching.In addition,the use of inquiry teaching method enables students to become masters of the class and mobilizes the enthusiasm and initiative of students.The fourth part designs the teaching case of "political life" module teaching for students' awareness of rule of law.Integrating teaching design into my thinking and exploration of problems.In the case design,I tried to apply the theory to the specific teaching process.In the case,I choose the situation teaching method,the case teaching method and the inquiry teaching method to carry on the teaching design,which aims to improve the students' initiative of learning,strengthen the students' experience in the rule of law in the independent inquiry and cooperative learning,carry out the rule of law education of the students effectively,so that the students can set up the consciousness of rule of law in the teaching of political life.
