Scientific and effective classroom teaching research can play a crucial role in improving classroom teaching quality,improving teachers' abilities and students' growth together with the requirements of the times in teachers' specialization and education reform,therefore,it is urgent and realistic to explore a standardized and reasonable classroom teaching paradigm.The current situation in the study of classroom teaching is not optimistic through the analysis of the current classroom teaching situation and the existing problems.Classroom research based on teaching slicing is a new classroom research method which will provide some guidance and reference for the paradigms of classroom research and the reform of basic education through studying and exploring the diagnosis of teaching section.This article mainly studies the section diagonsis during the class teaching in primary and secondary schools and chiefly analyses its application background and theoretical basis.The rationality of the research method is discussed from four dimensions: behaviorism theory,teaching process optimization theory,individual practical knowledge,education video and image analysis.From the perspective of classroom research,we perceive the meaning and characteristics of the method: holographic recording,site consolidation,and information acquisition;combination of qualitative and quantitative research;summarize the experience of teaching and realize the conceptualization of experience;diagnosis is based on "standard" and process results are scientific.It can be seen that teaching slice diagnosis is the inheritance and innovation of traditional classroom research methods.This article takes case analysis,classroom observation and literature review as the main research method,starting from four elements of teaching slice diagnosis,and recognizing its operation procedure which includes the research subject,the soft environment,the research object and the research carrier,and demonstrate its operating procedure with specific examples,and compare with the current main class research paradigm class observation LICC.To explore the similarities and differences between them,and try to find out the teaching section diagnosis 'uniqueness.The school-based implementation strategy for the Teaching Section Diagnosis can be started from three aspects: first,the research atmosphere of the reality,the goodness and the beauty.It involves the creation of teachers' subject culture and the cultivation of teachers' research culture.Second,it is should build effective incentive mechanism and teaching evaluation mechanism.Third,it is necessary for schools and local governments to provide necessary policy support,implement financial security,and provide a favorable environment for the development of research activities.It is found that the method has the following values and potentials under the perspective of school-based research which has three academic values,including the reform of the paradigm of teaching research,the formation of practical theory as well as "Teaching","Learning" and "Research" are combined to achieve teachers' professional development,improve teaching effectiveness,and improve the way and quality of traditional Teaching and Research.The practical potential of this method is mainly embodied in a strong group school-based research.We can have a deep sense of the value of this method by discussing the reasons for its formation and the way in which it is organized.
